Girl, my dad WAS an actual drill Sargent and what you said about having constant anxiety until everything is done is spot on for me. The problem is everything is never done, like there is ALWAYS something more that could be done no matter how much you have accomplished that day so that translates to me just being hyper anxious and burnt out all the time. I’m really trying to unlearn that mindset.

I’m 56 yrs young, and my daddy was the same way! I still have to make sure things are in place in my home. And I still have anxiety I’m dealing with of trying to be perfect. It’s a headache! I wish parents would understand that perfection is unattainable! I’m so OCD! And I can’t stand it! 😩

Sorry you didn’t have a great day. Definitely know how working in the food industry gets with customers. Forgive them but do not allow them to take it too far. If they do they gonna feel it’s okay; also, if it gets too far call the manager over. In most cases, gotta handle situations that’s are uncomfortable sometimes but once you show ppl you not taking their foolishness they gonna gone by their business. Pray things works out. 🙏

Heyyy! I get backne too and what really helped calmed my flare ups was when I switched to washing my hair in the sink opposed to the shower. Saves a bit on water and you don’t have product lingering on your back. Before switching to the sink I started washing my hair completely before showering and still received many flare ups after stop washing all in all I notice my back looks SO much better!
But that’s just what works for me :)
That totally makes sense. I get backne sometimes and it’s always from whatever is on my hair. After I finish washing and conditioning my hair, I hold it up and wash my back and neck with either a gentle wash or an acne wash and then be careful to not get any hair products, especially the ones with any silicones, on my upper back and neck. I’ll use acne gel on it too if it’s really bad. Peace!

You should flip your couch so the long part is towards your door as an entrance hallway and your kitchen flows easier into the living room. And your tv will mount against the wall that's closest to your bedrooms. That little angled section of your couch will make more sense too

I love perfume and body sprays!! I’m running out of space so a friend on mine told me to get an over the door shoe rack( the ones with the pockets in it) to put her perfume and body sprays in. Also I bought one of those purse holders I have the on it’s a net and have pockets on the side!! I love mines to it comes in handy when you at the e drive thru or when u take a sharp turn there goes my purse. Long comment sorry !!! Happy New Years ❤️❤️
