Jared Harris is the best. One of the most talented and versatile actors working today. My favorite role of his was in “Lincoln” where he portrayed Ulysses S. Grant. The man even portrayed John Lennon back in the day.
Amazing that Pryce's character arc did not exist as Harris entered the picture. It cannot be overstated how excellent the MAD MEN writers were in painting him into a corner. Really brilliant stuff. I am late to the party but will watch the Lane Pryce episodes whenever I have nothing on my plate.
I’ve watched a number of interviews with Harris, or as my husband and I call him, “Our Guy,” and he always makes a point of giving credit to the writers and other actors. He elevates everything he is in, but he is gracious and generous.

I need to watch that. He has been excellent in everything I've ever seen him in.
I came here to say exactly that! He is frickin wonderful in Chernobyl!!!
he was so good in terror and sherlock holmes
The Layne Price firing scene is a top notch acting job.
"You and I are gonna address that insult!"
It's one of those scenes that's perfect the first time you watch it, then just gutting when you watch it a second time knowing how it turns out.
*Lane Pryce
Mister Campell, you and I are going to address that remark!
*address that insult. :)
@@svetcovladich9996 This is medieval...
"Consider that my last piece of advice. "
'Am I the only one who wants to see this?'
Best scene ever

Jared is a master actor.
He’d be a nobody if not for his father
Jared Harris was perfect as Layne Price
Indeed but he's nothing like him really is he? A much more reserved character than his father.
All of the actors were perfectly cast.
*Lane Pryce
One of the best shows ever.
Chernobyl, the terror, mad men, Lincoln, what a privilege to live at the time of Jared Harris
One of the best characters in it. Good old Lane Price!
Yes his character still HANGS with us fans 😂😂
Jared is great but criminally underrated.
By who?
@@orale_ Yeah, he keeps getting nominated for stuff. I love him. Love the delicious voice.
Great character in the show.
Never would have guessed that he was Richard Harris's son.
But now known, he does look and sound a bit like him.
I only just found out his father was Richard Harris.
Jared Harris…Chernobyl…Iconic…nuff said🤯
The boxing champion of Cambridge.
He was a common and humble beltalowda.
I would watch anything with Jared Harris in he's a much better actor than his father,. His father was a star, a showman, Jared is an actor.
He has so many of his fathers mannerisms...
A good portion of Jared's roles are people who die 😥
Rich, why didn't you ask Mr. Harris about his portrayal of Professor Moriarty? Dammit!
@@Nemo67577 of course, I'd forgotten that 'beltar loada'
He was great in Chernobyl
Didn't you really want to beat the crap out of Pete Campbell?
I just watched the NYE 1965 Episode.. what a crackup..funny. Such a sad I exit.
Yeah, you ripped off the logo...
Indeed he was.
