With looking, you don't need to really look at people, just stand straight and look at the entire room in that way you'll be able to move around a little bit. Picturing the audience NAKED worked well for me. It really does work. I kept my eyes on just women. I later was told by others that that was one of my greatest speeches.

I used to debate in high school.,yes its bloody scary standing infront of everyone, staring up at you . This exact trick is very vital. Learn your topic and know deeply about it., and be engaging and engaged with your audience. Its been years since i did a public speaking, i think i would be nervous like the ffirst time,..just the thought alone😅 but hey one has to do it anyway despite being nervous your confidence will come through practice. One of my hobbies is to inspire and be positively impactul to the young people
