While I do like Bigscreen for what it is, I have one major complaint which actually sounds like it might have been fixed in an update that you mentioned. The issue I have is while setting up a room and inviting someone to come watch, our movies are not synced. My mom and I have tried to watch movies in bigscreen at least 3 times since we have had our Quest 2's and every time I set up the room and when she gets in I will start playing the movie but only mine starts. Even if both of our headsets start playing at the same time we eventually get a 3-5 second if not more of a gap between what we are seeing.
It is because you are the ones streaming. The data from the PC will go to your headset because you own the room, and from your headset, you will broadcast now the data to all other people to see. That's why you see the movie first before others even you both lives in the same house or same network.
Excellent BMFVR. I utilize Bigscreen quite often. @@anenglishmaninsandiego you can mute people. It's nice if you're watching something with a friend though.
And yes I am I even got rid of my big screen TV In my room.
Same here 😆
You have good taste. Samurai Jack was my first watch in VR
Love Bigscreen, yet... I really do want to lay on my back and see it how I would like (even turning over on my side). There is one 'scene' in the bedroom, but it's not centered. Otherwise... ya... enjoying Bigscreen! I like the South Balcony. Yet, I switch around to various theatres depending on them movies or mood. Thanks for the vids... helps a lot for relative noobs. Hope all is well!
I mean. Except for the fact that you have start feeling fatigued long before the movie is over. I really like the idea of it and most of the apps I've used (like Netflix) are pretty polished.
Thanks , i just wanted to know
One of my favorite apps.
I remember watching ready player one in VR and feeling like a god after
Yeah well you arent a God so get over it. Jesus Christ is God and you are nothing more than a vapor.
Skybox is AMAZING and the absolute best.
Still love skybox and use it daily but I'm waiting for the IMAX screen update.
Lol that word salad bible quote that pops up
Amazon prime video, if you can get past having to refresh it every time you load a movie is incredible with hi res movies.
How do you set up the media streaming service, man? Don't stop the video there.
I LOVE BIGSCREEN!!! Such a fun app
When none of your friends have headsets everything is just pain
BigScreen needs Mac support! Especially for the new M1 Macs.
My first comment ever on UA-cam, I like the Bible verse pop up in your videos, it is really the best idea I've ever seen on this platform 🙏
I was going to buy the Optimus but The HTC Vive costs $100 more but its really worth it as it has much better visuals where ray tracing in your videocard really comes alive. Fantastk video
probably the best option to stream movies is to use the airlink to apple, and use the air pods with spatial sound, or some decent headphones plugged into the headset and streaming from pc or mac.
It is amazing, definitely worth the price.
I like watching the movies while lying in bed.
Love the explanation. Thank you for the trip ❤
My group of friends use VRchat to watch movies. Here's a room that works with quest and the picture looks great.
I am still learning about this. Want to revamp my setup and have movie nights and have the hot dogs, pop corn, drinks and candy while watching new movies with friend and family that live else ware in the country.
Having 3d movies otg is amazing, I thought we would have to buy 3d tv , now we can watch movies in the car
sflix had every movie thx so much
Bigscreen is unavailable for renting movies and stuff in my country but I watch netflix on it sometimes for the streaming experience
Nice information Brother 👍🏻
Been using this for a while it’s amazing
WERE NOT GETTING BABYS WITH THIS ONE🗣🔥🔥
Thos was such an awesome, to the point and entertaining video! Thanks!!!
Dude this is just the best creation ever. Imagine just sitting in your garage smoking up a blunt and putting this on chillin watching a movie WHILE HIGH IN VR! Like this makes me want to bust my ass at work fr
you did not show the settings to play 3d movies
I wish I could somehow connect to a DVD player, I have so many home movies I burned from VHS to DDVD that would be awesome to see in VR, I still watch them all the time. If there were a way to do that, like use my Series X to watch disk based movies I'd buy one.
Where is the skip commercial button lol
hope someday, this coud be a way to keep in touch with your family from far away.. as if they're standing next you and that you can see them in a hologram in front of you. and that you can see people in your gallery seeing them in hologram or in 3D form
I disagree with the number of movies to rent. There is not a lot of movies available and nothing very new. I agree the 3D experience is amazing.
Thanks. This video may already be obsolete but I just had no idea where to start. ❤
This felt like an ad.
Dude i got my package delivered today 🤩 i can't wait to try it after work
so how was it? u still use it? rate /10 pls xD
@@Spankyy811 I highly recommend it, it's different than what I expected but once you get used to it it's an amazing experience. I mainly just used big screen. It's a lot of fun to watch a film with strangers, there are a lot of people hosting new films in 3D every day. I met a lot of cool people there. VR adult movies is an experience that you will never forget once you have found a good website with at least 6k resolution optimal are 8k videos for VR adult movies. But it is important to know if you wear prescription glasses, also wear it with VR glasses or order insert prescription VR glasses online. Long Story short it's totaly worth it. It's a 7,5 out of 10.
-1 Because of the heavy weight
-1 Because of the Battery
-0,5 because of the price
I have 200 inch screen projector and wonder if vr screen bigger?
Love your Vids BMF your the best would love to play with you if you were up to it
yooooo whats up man
Watched Dune like this!
The prime app is petty good, though I have had the occasional problem of if it crashing if I leave during a video. It is a bit slow too. Don't think it has been optimized for q2
Bigscreen is AMAZING
Kodi and bigscreen for PC work great
When streaming and watching a movie or TV show, is it just the movie, or is it like you're in a theater?
I just want to be able to lie down and watch a movie or TV show, and have it be right in my face.
Thank you for the video I’m a big fan of Bigscreen
just a wild guess but I think really soon most of the office work would be done in VR, you got everything in there can call people, browse the media on multi-monitors setup inside a little headset
Yeah it's great.. you can multiply your desktop, pop out windows side by side, and essentially give you more visible screen space, in a tiny physical space brought right up to your face. It 's really fascinating. I didn't even realize this implication until I got my quest 2.
@@JunkBondTrader Have you found you can work with the headset on for a full work day? Is it comfortable for that long? Does it require battery swaps or is there a plug-in power mode? How do you do things we often do while working, such as look down at the keyboard, pick up a drink, or look at our phone?
Throwing tomatoes at the screen.. brilliant.
Throwing the tomato at the screen was hilarious 😂
What’s a good way to download movies that’s not piracy?
I was watching all the Golden Girls TV Shows on the Q2 with Bigscreen.
Will the psvr2 have anything like this?
the pirates help me
My mans smokin good over there too
Thanks bro just subscribed
This looks awesome. I really wish a system was capable.of doing what ready player one we did 😪
What if I don't want to see any theater or room at all? Is there any Oculus player with just 100% screen for full immersion?
Haven't you made like 5 of these BigScreen VR videos already!? ... I swear you've covered all this before on your channel...
I think it’s a yearly recap kind of situation
@@Purberus96 more that he just wants more likes for the money.
@@Resist4 doubt it, probably for new users like me. Never knew this stuff till now
i need a VR asap this is amazing
Love to see a live 3d sporting event.
Will we ever get Hulu, Crunchyroll, or Disney+, or HBO Max as VR app options?
I don't wanna pretend I'm in a cinema, I wanna see the movie and nothing else
