We can definitely agree that Grandma Ventures treats its clients with the utmost professionalism and enjoyment. I never get weary of listening to her converse with everyone who is close to the table. The kid helpers, they are awesome too.
Love Judy & all the kids! Wish the garage sale videos were 5 hours long or longer but I know they take a lot of work to make. You look exhausted Wade, I can't imagine all the work ALL of you had to do. Set up, do auctions, pack the stuff, pick up more stuff, set up, go to the dump, go to the store, cook & on & on. Thank goodness you have a lot of great helpers. I love watching these yard sale videos, I really do. What do you do with all the left over stuff? Save it for the next one, donate all of it? That’s a lot of work! Very impressive site to behold. A mountain of merchandise. This is resellers dream!! I wished I lived near. I’d have a cellar full of merch for my reselling. Literally, It’s a high end tag sale. Do you feel doing this 4 times a year would be easier on you all? I pray you had a lot of help! Maybe hire some high school guys for the next yard sale?

Wade if your people going out to pay have to push through all the people flooding into your back yard it will be a disaster. The people paying should be going out through your neighbors yard . Gramma V should be set up there to collect $$. It would also be smart to have more than one PlayStation. God Bless

Soooo much stuff and so much work. It would be cool if you could rent a warehouse or some type of Hall space (we have a lions club here) for a month or two weeks where you could set up inside and have the sale over 2 full weekends.

Hand out a business card with all information to each customer, then all information wouldn't need to be repeated
Chain or tie cash box to table leg in case someone trys to grab and run with it. You need a money counter. You work hard can't wait till you get your property. Proprty taxes are cheaper in Washington and no income tax either.
