LARGE SCALE PLANNING MODDED CITY | VOLCHORIA EP26 | CITIES SKYLINES 2

I am building a city with a new detailed map called Volchoria and the Volchoria Map theme from Paradox Mods. I play modded and unlimited money and all progressions are unlocked. Playing this way allows me to plan on a much larger scale for a more efficiently built city. It is also more fun for me, so sit back, relax, take a deep breath, and enjoy the Old Bore playing Cities: Skylines 2!
