As per me all of these IITs are nearly equal so you can give preferance to branch.
Go for the better branch IITKGP , vese aap chemical bhi le skte ho aap madras me , shi branch hai .... or baaki you will be having branch upgrade option as per Your CGPA to efforts maarna udhar or branch Upgarde kar lena .
