A'ight, many years later, but if anyone else is wanting a shortcut answer you:
Insert batteries either side of the big door.
Lure entity into the room behind that door.
Close the side door behind you.
Rush to control panel to seal inside.
Video creator starts figuring this out at about 10:00 minute mark.
