Haha nice mud bath love it all we've got in Dundee for next few days if not a full week is rain rain and more rain, so I'm hoping to be in Templeton woods on my days off (witch are few and far between this close to Christmas) seeing how muddy I can get, and hopefully not get called into work that night so you keep pedalling and Al keep watching liking sharing and a bit of pedalling wen I can👌
Kudos for taking that on, great riding, especially the last stage. That bike as well, looks like it doesn't care much about lines, just makes NOM NOM sounds as it munches its way through the rough stuff 😂
Phenomenal riding...did the first Dudes of Hazard in 2012...moved from clip-in pedals to flats after that... Never looked back. I came 212/300+... Couldn't believe how knackering Enduro was. I thought I was fit too. From a Deviate Guide owner 👊
I certainly feel flats are the way to go on terrain like this. That climb is a hell of a lot of work for even the fittest too. The Guide is a great bike for here 👍
Great video again Andrew and top riding. I was there at KLL too but taking a “let’s just get down in one piece” approach. Great event and proper chunky trails🏴👍
Totally enjoyed that. That was proper gnar and that last stage was insane. 21st is a top effort but I think you nailed that last stage and would have given you a few extra places. Gonna watch this again 🤘
Awesome riding! I was nervous just sitting here watching from the comfort of my armchair. I bet that Ben Jones is pleased that you are giving the Deviate a thorough testing!
Andrew, that was super exciting to watch! Beautiful, yes... Scary yes... Dry like Spain, NO! I always love your videos! Too bad you lost some footage due to mud on the lens at 2:40 Scary at 9:00 !! I think it gets really scary here because there are so many line choices that boggle the mind. I suppose sometimes the best strategy is to pick a line, commit to it, and block out other choices because even though we try to optimize (i.e. pick the fastest, safest, easiest) line the difference in elapsed time may not be worth sorting out at the possible expense of a crash due to the distractions. Cool switchbacks at starting at 10:15 Congrats on your doing so well and not getting injured!
You could almost feel the watts you were putting down on the start of stage 3 Andrew. Looks like you were pretty much pinned the whole way through. Always fun to watch a race day video 👌
Well done! I'm yet to enter an SES event; especially always wanted to do Kinlochleven but it didn't work out this year. Looked awesome, proper big boy trails 😉
Remind me to never do an enduro race in Scotland. Holy smokes thats next level gnarly.
Honestly that location simply breathtaking. Absolutely beautiful. I would be riding down at about 1 mile per hour admiring the scenery.

Round large loose rocks, deep ruts and mud.....Nice work on getting through it!
Awesome riding given the conditions

Fantastic - my heart was in my mouth for most of stage 4! Great video and skills.
Looks like a fantastic event. Those stages looked epic and as for your new bike, it seems to be tanklike in what it takes on. Well ridden.

oh..ok then that makes sense. ..Keep up the bike riding.. good to hear your on the mend then..look forward to the next video my friend 🙋
The unsung hero of that race was the handlebar grips. That whole race was nerve racking from my point of view.

Awesome riding Andrew, that looked tough but you looked super fast!
Well done mate looked brutal

Watching you ride that bike makes me want one bad enough that I’m willing to sell my bike just to get one.
