I appreciate your thoughts on this never ending issue.
Citizens do not want to be involved in the problems,as they feel it's the government's headache.
The more mighty you are with umpteen connects,you get away with all the illegal work.
When you raise any issue,you have to fight it alone ,as the neighbours also disown you, ,as they prefer to be close to antisocial elements,rather than involve in resolving the issue.
