People complain about the lens Hood. I love how the lens hood is on the sigma 105 mm F 1.4 art lens. So it's nice and sturdy and it doesn't fall off. I have had so many issues with Tamron lenses just trying to get the lens hood back on trying to thread it on properly and sometimes it just don't want to go back on. And after being so disappointed with the last two Tamron lenses I bought I've been switching completely over to Sigma or Sony gm. I rented the Sony GMii 70-200 and wow what a sharp lens it was and fast. Yes it was light but heavy lenses don't bother me try using the sigma 105 for weddings. If the new Sigma is as sharp as the Sony GM it is a winner already. But if I decide to get the Sony A9iii I would like to get its full potential with the frames per second and I would have to go with the Sony GM. But that might be down the road a little before I get a new camera so I might pick up this Sigma and use it for a year or two. Great video by the way thanks for sharing
hi a beginner in photography here how do i setup the AFL buttons, and if i didn’t set anything to those button does it mean they have no functions thank you!
Would this be a good lens for soccer videography recording games from the sideline with also zooming onto certain players when they have the ball? Thinking of pairing it up to the Panasonic lumix s5iix
Ulanzi makes two different mounts. One is a F38 and the other is Arca Swiss! F38 is their own system and Arca Swiss is the most common for all mounts. I have the Coman x Ulanzi Zero Y Arca Swiss version!
Love the photos you took of old city hall in downtown Toronto. Excellent image quality from the Sigma 70-200 f2.8 dg dn. I'll be trading in my Panasonic 70-200 f4 for this beauty. I own some other Sigma lenses for my Lumix S5 II, so this is a no brainer decision to upgrade to the Sigma. Thanks for the great review!
What are some things you want to know about this lens?
Amazing results
Can you do a comparison between this one and the sigma 70 200 f2.8 DG OS HSM sports the ef mount
Thanks
Hey boss, what camera do you use for recording UA-cam talking head content? Any recommendations for beginner?
Is it weatherproof?

great review. the autofocus test alone earned you my like and subscribe.
Preordered, and I'm already impatient. I have to stop watching. Lol. This lens makes me feel like I'm a kid before Christmas. I want it NOW!!!!
Just came back from Iceland and brought it with me!! The photos are unreal, video coming soon!
I already ordered one 70-200 for me, I am with Sony Alpha 7 III and with SIGMA 24-70, and now with the 70-200 will be a perfect combination :)
Just finished editing this lens video yesterday for my client. Really an amazing one
It's an amazing lens!
@@StefanoLombardoYT yeah. I got the chance to edit the L mount lens.
This gotta be the most detailed review. I'm getting this lens. Thanks

I’ve been waiting for this since they first announced it 🙌🏼
So far I’m really liking this lens and I can’t wait to test it out on my upcoming trip!
Is this comparable to Cannon M50 Mark ll with a Viltrox adaptor

Can it fit F Mount or do they have adaptor for Nikon
If they made it for the RF mount I’d definitely be considering this
It’s so good! I can’t wait to test it out more in Iceland!
Hey what plate did you use on your F38 tripod? I hate min cause i cant put the sigma on

Cant wait to put it on my S5ii
It would be perfect for the Lumix system!
Will it work with a Nikon Dx lense adapter
Looks awesome
It's amazing!
Are you coming to Iceland? Awesome 😊
I am! So excited 🙌🏼
@@StefanoLombardoYT That is awesome. Just be aware that the impending volcanic eruption will probably not be accessible by the general public.
Sigma got my money yet again!
The quality, build and features for the money is so worth it!
@@StefanoLombardoYT That’s facts. I have their 24-70mm 2.8 and the quality is razor sharp. I also want to get their 50mm and 85mm 1.4 primes.
Great lenza
I see the embargo lifted lol
I couldn’t wait to share!
@@StefanoLombardoYT I'd bet. Hope to see you Saturday my dude.
