But here I sit and listen to another clip and this another one is quite as good. Some people think I am to old to listen to this music, I am 74, but it is their problem. I listen and enjoy the music. And music dont change just because you are older.
thats the spirit, i am 50 and i know that i will never be tired of listening this kind of music. techno house ... changed my life literally, i feel always so good an young and through dancing and this sensual sounds i enjoy my spirit but also my body, it is for me like a sorte of yoga... never to old because age is in your mind

For me, my main fix was always Mind Against. Gus Gus fixed my old fix. Different genres, but both crews evoke similar feelings. You nailed it. Brain, heart, and Legs.
