- First off, As much as we love the S2000 with 400whp, nothing beats the feeling of low down power.
Now imagine an S2000 with 300+ft at 4000rpms with a very quiet exhaust, its one of the best S2000s I’ve driven.
It was SOOO nice to see Esther's beautiful smiling face again! Enjoyed this build very much. Team LHT never ceases to impress! That is an absolutely fantastic finished car!!
Guys like you do not exist anymore I love watching your Channel. Knowing that you put your heart and soul in every build.. it's just awesome

@@LHTPerformance do you sell this kit? I'm in the UK and want around this power on my 2000 jdm s2000. I race the car so I want something with power low down and as little heat soak issues as possible
@@kellsled I would be interested too, seems to fit the gap between the greddy kit and the larger laggyer turbos. I would imagine not having a RHD s2000 would limit development because the RHD car normally has clearance issues with the steering column

There's an fk8 CTR with Bolt ons from a year or so back. Really beautiful car with hks and mugen parts.
Thank you for another awesome video! I’ve had my s2 since 2004 (it’s an ap1 ‘01) It’s always been a dream/fantasy to turbo it. However, the motor’s got 190k miles on it, now. It’s just always been my dream car since its initial release in ‘99. Back then, I’d tell myself, “Man. 1 day, when you’re rich, Riki, you’re gonna get the s2.” I never got rich (in money, any way) Low & behold, I’m 2004, I came across the most incredible opportunity to begin owning this car-the car of my dreams! Since then to NOW, & each day, it’s my daily reminder of the law of attraction: when I want something THAT BAD, regardless of my life circumstances, I WILL, some how-some way, GET IT!!! Thank you for sharing your vids! They’re always honest, detailed, & insightful! Thank you 🙏

I love how the owner of the S2000 was an older gentlemen. It's cool to see older guys into Honda's. If I ever owned an S2000 this is the route I would love to go: keep it OEM as much as possible while making more power than factory. Amazing work. I love the attention to detai! I might be coming down to Florida next month and I'd love for you to make me an intake just like the one you made for your turbo GSR for my turbo ITR. I'm running the same manifold as you are and am keeping A/C and P/S.

Good to see Esther again. I was surprised to hear that the 2004 is limited to 2 or 3 options due to the (non-programmable) fuel injection. I do like the kit you chose for that client. I would choose the same one if I ever decide to add more power to mine.
This kinda makes me wish Honda did more factory turbos because proven already the engineering of these NA motors is so absolutely top level over soooo many other manufacturers. Honda FTW!! And amazing work as always LHT! Keep on keepin on brother!! 🤙🏼🤙🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I had an idea: the turbo is so small John, you could almost still employ the stock airbox and just re-route the intake tube. Something of that ilk would be super LHT sleeper.

John, I love your videos but you shouldn't assume that any of us are jealous of you because of the Florida weather! I went to the University of Central Florida for two years and had to transfer out because I literally could not stand the Florida weather anymore lol. A lot of us like the cold! this is might be the best build i seen so far as for as how quiet it is. i like stock looks and quiet s2000.

CL9 Bois represent! Just ordered the new hybrid racing shifter box for my 06! There's a awesome supercharged TSX on the channel they did an intake and TLC on.
DJ Papi ATL We did re do a turbo TSX on the channel. The TSX motor love boost and make more torque than an S2000
Nice properly sized turbocharger. That's one wide torque band. I wonder if you put a twin scroll version of the gt3076.
I waited for months for that kit (science of speed was focusing on new NSX prods and delayed the retired platform product production like the S2k) and then gave up and ordered the kraftwerks kit. Regrets.... due to blower belt wine of the KW and the high strung temperament. Gets annoying after a while. I figured out that if you run a looser belt it won’t wine but it will make a rattle sound on low revs (under 2000rpm)
I really wanted the lower and mid tq the turbo provides. That kit is amazing and I would highly recommend going to LHT for it. They will do a factory level install.
Sold the car after a year of having the KW kit to a guy in Washington state and now drive a tuned 2017 SHO cause torques of course!
Good to hear some actual feedback on the kw kit. So many people just think everything is perfect who haven’t actually modified a car heavily.

In the video you mentioned that you may be installing other types of SCs. I really interested how a twin screw screw SC would work in the S2000. I have heard of one company that makes a whipple kit, but haven’t seen any reviews of their product.

It what comes in the car. You should never mix colors. Unless you completely flush everything 100%, stick with the same color.

Hi sir I’m a 10gen 1.5 stock torbo 2017 Honda Civic si the car run great but I want it to be a little stronger and I would like the option of converting it into super charge if that’s even possible it be great and I luv ur guy work put it out there know hidden work not always about the money it’s the thrill of doing the work wish I’m know it all lol have the right equipment to the job lol wish will let me know soon looking forward to ur comments

Why didn't you upgrade the power to that new fuel pump? is there no concern on that pump for overworking the factory wiring on that pump?
LHT, I heard that Bllade Motorsports now has a plug and play K-Pro harness that doesn't require any sensor changes for 04-05. Have any experience with this?
I'd like you guys to explain how you guys bleed the coolant out of the system I noticed you guys had an extra hose besides the spill proof funnel that you use. I'd rather you guys made a video but if you could just explain, that fine too thanks

Get the horsepower up to about 400 and it’d be perfect!
Soul Freezer / why, it's torque that counts, the fun coming out of corners, it's a drivers car, hp is just there for topspeed. 350hp for this little package gives plenty topspeed

I’m glad to see you guys using Hondata Kpro. What are your comments it? I couldn’t tell the difference from OEM to Kpro and I’m tuned on e85.
Ulises It’s the best. It’s just more money and more work to install it. I would choose it hands down, but sometimes it doesn’t fit into the budget.

What turbo was used?. I remember reading this kit not able to make power to redline. SOS turbo kit that is
Have you guys heard/tried the Docatronics ECU? It's supposed to be the same as that Hondata kit but plug n play for an ECU. I think it is more expensive for parts but it's very simple to install
DirtDude117 I’ve heard of it but not tuned it I’ve been tuning Hondas for 25+ years and tend shy away from most systems due to not being stabile. Hondata requires a few more parts but is rock solid.
@@LHTPerformance For what it matters, it is the same style Hondata ECU and basics but it has a converter for the S2k Hall Effect sensor to not have to swap those parts and a "Modifry" coolant gauge unit to set bars to specific temps. Really you would be tuning it exactly the same. They're from Austria as well, many people in North America seem to like it but hate having to buy it through Ballade
