Michael J Fox is a good person. He is wealthy and could just sit in his mansion but he doesn't. He goes out and cares about other people. I think this disease has helped to show us the real Michael J Fox.
He's one of the most well known actors of our time. Big respect to him for not taking his diagnosis and hiding away but using his status and being proud of who he is in order to raise more awareness for this condition.
He's not just "proud" and "raising awareness". He actually uses his fortune to seek for the cure. That's the difference between building your reputation and actually doing something.
I have Parkinson's disease. It has changed my life in many ways. I'm not able to think, work, eat or play sports like I used to. But my ability to appreciate life and to love and help others is increasing. Thanks Michael for helping.
Every once in a while there is a person who reminds us that it is possible for someone to act with courage and generosity in the face of a real crisis. The world is a far better place because Michael J. Fox is a part of it. We have much to learn from his example. We all have at least one reason to be grateful. Thank you, Michael.
I agree, and Fox has done an amazing job pulling through with his Parkinsons and in helping others, ever since he first started his Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinsons over 20 years ago. Those with Parkinsons everywhere have had more hope as a result.
Michael JF, is beyond a man with Parkinson’s Disease. He is a special humanitarian giving so much of his personal efforts, and time to assist those going through this devastating disease. I am amazed by his unique courage.
This video was made 8 years ago and if you see Michael J Fox today his Parkinson's have gotten alot worse with the tremors . I feel so badly for all who have this disease GOD BLESS!!!
My old friend Joe told me something that still sticks with me this day. Any time I'm having a bad day, or thinking my life sucks, I always think back to what he said to me. "Tony, just when you think your life is bad, just remember, someone else out there has it worse." Your worst life could be another's fairytale. I also wish we lived in a world without diseases or ailments. 😔
It a very beautiful thing to see myself healthy again after using remedy from Dr Ake on UA-cam, I finally got cured of my Parkinson's disease with his herbs med and I can tell how great my health has turned out so far. Thank you 🙏 ❤️
That is right. Fox launching his Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinsons over 20 years ago has made the world a better place for those who have it. All the money which has been donated to his foundation over the years has gone towards many ways of researching and developing education, treatments, and support networks for those with the condition
To see him here, 8 years ago, to see him recently (5-2023), his Parkinson's has advanced a lot, but the man still has his humor about him and it will be a very sad day when we lose the best thing that's ever happened to the 80's all the way to today..... Michael, if you read this, know that I am praying for you every day, may God show mercy on you and everyone that suffers from this awful disease, Amen
Absolutely. Michael J Fox, and Dick Van Dyke. Two hollywood legends, who will break the hearts of many, once they're both gone from this earth. God bless them both, truly. 💖🙂
Michael J. Fox is my true inspiration. He is the best there is. He is changing many lives with this disease. People who are idiotic on making fun of him are cruel and uneducated. It makes me upset to see rude comments. Michael J. Fox, you are brilliant and fantastic.
Michael, I was diagnosed aproximately 3 days ago with Parkinson's disease. I will be very honest with you, it is very difficult for me to realize I have this disease. There are so many things that I wish, want to do in the future. Your honesty, dedication, as well as perseverance in fighting this disease is inspirational to me. I mean that very sincerely. I've just had my second grandchild, and look so forward to spending quality time with them. Please keep posting updates on the progress of this fight against the disease. I greatly appreciate all that you are doing and wish you and your family nothing but love and prayers. Thank you so very much! Thank-you.
Ok but this almost made me cry. I think the biggest takeaway for me is to always have gratitude for where you're at, and to make the most of what you have, whether you're healthy, have Parkinson's, or some other challenge in your life. In the end we all face death, we need to live while we're here. Wishing all of these people the best.
Yes it is. Michael J Fox has done an amazing job handling his Parkinsons and how he's reached out to those everywhere about it, since he initially launched his Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinsons 20 years ago
@Amy Stone I wish you the best of luck. I hope you and your daughter get the help you need. Fox has done great job in helping others ever since he first launched his MJF Foundation for Parkinsons
I am a lucky one. Made it to 75 and have just some tremors, left hand. I can control them if I try. I have a brother 9 years older with PD. He is my window to my future. I am along for the ride and determined to make the most of it. Thank you for the video!
As a person living with tremors, ticks, and other undiagnosed neurological problems, the doctors told me it would become Parkinson's disease later. I am grateful that I was able to find this video. I've never looked for videos on how other people deal with all of this. It's a struggle at times to know this will never go away. I tend to lay in bed and think it's all in my head. None the less, it doesn't stop.
My dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2011 when he was 45. He said it was a relief when he finally had is diagnosis, it was an answer to his struggles he’d had over the past decade. What’s especially sad about his story though is that he’s a musician. He started playing guitar as a teenager and formed a band in college. He was the lead singer and songwriter, they’re band released an album, he played gigs often. He started getting symptoms in his 30s, until eventually he couldn’t play anymore. What a heartbreaking thing, to have your passion taken away like that. He’s about to turn 53. He still struggles with Parkinson’s, but he has a medication routine that works for him. He got the band back together again, they’re playing shows regularly and are also in the studio working on recording they’re second album, fulfilling his life long dream of producing a vinyl. I’ve never seen him so happy. I’m so proud of my father. He even has a UA-cam channel where you can see his story as a musician with Parkinson’s, called Drew Abides
Thank you for sharing your father's story. I was diagnosed last year at 45 and one of the things I fear most is not being able to do the things I love...running, painting/drawing...It is inspiring and motivating to hear that your dad is playing music again. I hope the same goes for me, that the medicine works and I can keep on doing what I love.
Only thing I slightly regret about this video is that since Michael is such a legend, all these people had to be high profile people (pharma executives, physicists, artists yada yada) so it's not representative of what normal people with financial struggles go through when they have to deal with Parkinson's, but apart from that it was still a very good insight, and a very raw and efficient documentary. Thank you guys.
My Grandad had Parkinson's, he was 58 but by the end he looked 80, I was only 9 and didn't understand the disease it scared me . Rip Grandad. And keep fighting all of you xxxxxxx
Watching this video helps me understand Parkinson's disease better. It shows the emotional and physical struggle faced by those with the disease. It makes me inspire to be more compassionate and patient, paying closer to their needs and making sure they feel supported in every way.
My father died January 25 this year. To watch the way he slowly lost his movement left haunting memories in me as a kid and teenager. No one should have to watch their loved one lose control the way my father did. Heck, just watching this video make me choke up because of the way they're all moving. It was just like my dads movement when I was a kid. I'm heartbroken that he won't be able to see my kids and be a grandpa (I'm only 23) but I'll be sure to let them know what an amazing dad he was before and during his struggle with Parkinson's.
My dad was 37 whenever he was diagnosed with Parkinson's. He's 43 now and its really showing now. Its comforting to know that there are/were people who have and still do go through the same things as me. Yet I wish no one would have to go through it.
I'm so sorry brother or sister. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Thank you for the privalidge to send good vibes, as well as great wishes your way....
My 88 year old mother has it. She's read just about every article Michael J. Fox wrote which helped her to understand a little bit better. As time passes I see it's taking a little more of her abilities of dexterity weekly. Michael please keep up the good fight, you are blessed to have so many who know your fighting for them!
The final days of someone with Parkinson’s for me as a neurophysiologist has left the most impact on my heart. I’ve had patients in their 80s who physically cannot be in a bed. Truly a horrific disease and I’m so proud of Michael for all he has done to advocate. Love to all who get diagnosed with Parkinson’s.
I do not have Parkinson disease, but you all give me hope, I have a cardiac issue and I can't do everything I use to. It sucks, there are nights I am afraid I won't wake up, I was DX with the issue at 30 and I use to run 6 miles a day, now I can barely get out of bed at 33, you all give me courage to keep going with my medical issue and I thank you. I pray for a cure for you all, I will donate money as well for you all. Doctors told me to not worry and do not stress but I am like how do you expect me not to be stressed? YOU ALL DO NOT GIVE UP!!!! LOVE YOU ALL!!!
My grandma has parkinson she was changed when she got it one year ago. She is not any more the grandma who i haved. And i'm so inspired by michael j fox. He is a hero for me.
I remember seeing my uncle suffer from this disease and then he got alzheimers. sad to watch someone you love hurt like that. thank you Michael for helping others.
My wonderful.oldest Son Chris Knause was diagnosed with Parkinson Disease 3 years ago. He has tremors, falls at times, has learned to walk backwards to refocus his stumbling. Don't know what to expect but have his back thru it all. He has 7 wonderful kids. And a supportive Family. Tired of people thinking he's drunk. saying he's lazy because he can't work because he can't walk for long time , his leg pains. Thank You Michael Fox for helping open my eyes to this tragic disease affecting alot of people.
Carole, I'm not sure if your still here but I'm thanking you from the bottom of my heart for telling your sons symptoms. I'm 57 and have had leg pains severely for 6 yrs now and I too can't walk at times. I have to suddenly sit. Nobody accept for Henry on this site has confirmed leg pain as a symptom. My neurologist recently diagnosed me with Parkinsonism. I'm glad your son has support
Michael J Fox...you are truly an inspiration to us all. I admired you as a actor but I admire more you as a person. You are a fighter with courage and your will is truly amazing. Plus those who did this interview with Michael.
Hi Michael, Parkinson's took my dad's life a week and a half ago, he got it at age 50 and he was 81 when he died, it was really bad 😕 You are doing a great job being an advocate for this terrible disease. You are my inspiration. I hope you are doing ok Sending hugs from Adelaide Sth Australia xoxo 💜 💖 💙
I have Parkinsons and I appreciate seeing others working through the effects and changes that it brings. It makes me feel hopeful and not alone. Thank you.
@@henryrapoport8608 ty Henry for the quick reply. I'm sorry you suffer from this pain. I haven't found much first hand info on leg pain. Is there anything that helps you? Norco doesn't do alot. Sinemet helps a bit but not much
@@toryberch if I stretch the legs out while laying flat they calm down after a while. I tried medications with no luck. Norco never works. I tried oxycodone but opiates don't work for this kind of pain. My doctor gave me gabapentin which I haven't tried yet so I am hoping.
@@henryrapoport8608 thanks for the tips. I do use liquid Gabapentin and it does help relax you if anything. I do recommend the liquid over the pills as it hits the system faster. Side effects hit everyone differently but if you try your first doses on the low side just to see your reactions then go from there. If you get liquid have pharmacist flavor it lol it tastes 😋 ha ha
I live in the UK, am 42 and was diagnosed with a Dystonic tremor in my left hand 4 years ago, since then the tremor has spread to my right leg. This feels like such a lonely condition, no one can really understand but a fellow sufferer. The life I took for granted suddenly changed beyond recognition. I've cried, I've yelled. I've been afraid and I've been stubborn. I've wanted to get out there and at the same time curl up and not face the world. Thank you Michael J Fox for being so honest and brave in telling the world about your condition. For starting your foundation, working tirelessly to find a cure and spread awareness and understanding. You have made a huge difference to the world, to the lives of every one of your fellow sufferers.
You have fought a great fight. My prayer for you now is that you allow God your Father to take over your fight and go for the win. God's blessings always through his Son Jesus.
Christine Bourke , Good grief, such a rote religious attitude is so annoying. Haven't the sick suffered enough already without having to listen to this kind of reply? And the Lord His Father (sic) **gave ** each sufferer the disease as the unquestionable Part of His Plan, so what's the point of praying to Him to go... "ooops, sorry, I guess I boo-booed, better undo this guy's disease; but you know, the next guy I give it to is REALLY gonna cop it"... The whole notion of religious mumbo jumbo makes a mockery of suffering, and a mockery of being human. I lose my temper with people who keep asking "why me?". Hell's bells, why *not* me? It's disease we should loathe and kick in the teeth, with a fix, not a prayer. Or else next you'll be saying medicine itself is against God's Plan. Gawd !! Please stop. Either help the sick with something that works, or at least don't hinder, by LOSING THE PAP. Thank you.
MJF is such an inspiration! Many celebrities would have sheltered themselves off from the world using their money, but Michael has transformed this disease into a mission of healing and connection. Absolutely beautiful video. Let’s hope the answers come soon!
Parkinson (+Depression) took my mothers life in November last year. My mom loved Back to the Future so much. As I was young, we loved to watch is together, it was so much fun. Yesterday I saw the first part of the movies again. To know, my mom is gone this disease still torments people all over the world… I have no words. I apologize for spreading a bad mood. I just want to say thank you for fighting for Parkinson-research! This is so important! Thank you in my name and thank you in the name of my mother. And thank you for being Marty ❤️🚗⚡💥God bless you and your family. Greetings from Germany
Michael J Fox is my childhood hero. I love the BTTF franchise and watch the trilogy at least once every year with all the bonus features. Michael you are an extraordinary person. Keep doing what you’re doing. God will reward you in the hereafter.
My Wife has this condition. Thankfully it is under control with meds. What helps is that she has early stages. My heart to anyone that has this. It really is heart wrenching.
My mother died at the age of 80. She was a Parkinson' s patient who lived for 20 years after diagnosed with the disease. Later on she found it difficult to swallow. God Bless u Michael for the good merits u are accumulating in this life through your foundation.
I'm going through what I think is a hard time in my life, I'm on the verge of losing my home through foreclosure and I have a major family issue that needs to be resolved in the worst way and a whole host of other issues that I consider major! How selfish, insensitive and heartless of me to feel this way. What I’m going through is NOTHING compared to what the people in this video are going through. My mother used to tell me “No matter how hard you think your life is, there are people that would trade places with you in a nanosecond.” A heartfelt thank you for SLAPPING me back into reality. I will do what I can to assist anyone with this horrible disease!
My mom was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's. My dad tells me the news and immediately says proudly....."Michael J. Fox has it." We grew up watching Back to the Future(s) on VHS until we wore the tapes out. Our one and only cat was named Marty. This past summer was spent perfecting dad's Doc Brown costume for Halloween. Thank you, MJ Fox for everything you are doing with this disease. You are a true inspiration to my family and to the world of Parkinson's.
It's terrible this disease has struck Michael. But the disease choice the wrong person to mess with. Bless you for all the work you have done and still do. I've donated last year and will donate this year. If anyone can organize a foundation to find a cure and improve lives of people who have it, then it's Michael J Fox and his foundation.
My husband was just diagnosed and only retired last year at 65. I thought it was a stroke, however, now we know he has PIGD type of Parkinson's. I've gone through dozens of video's to learn more. I love this one the best showing that it effects many occupations/lifestyles for both men and women. I particularly liked your statement (I paraphrase here) that "...it's not about being punished but it's scientifically caused". Thank you Michael J. Fox and your foundation for all you do to find not only a cure but searching for what the heck triggers this debilitating disease. Even though our journey has just begun we are not traveling alone or uninformed.
I was diagnosed with Parkinsons last year at 52. I can relate totally. I always thought people just shake from it. I was wrong. I effects everything. Everything.
Thank you Michael for being strong about this and not just staying quiet, your using your experience to help other people and connect with them, I have hope that with all this that your doing there will be a cure.
i was studying 2nd yr med,I watching this because I am reading parkinsons chapter. And my heart is broken, why so cruel,i am crying right now, treatments written in books and we highlight and memories, but those stories really give u reality check.heartbreaking it is. I will study hard to get a seat in neurology specialization.
Hi, im Myra Rizza from Philippines, 44yrs old, i was 27 when i was diagnose for PD. I was inspired for Michael J. Fox, goodluck and God bless us all. Hoping that your Foundation will extend here in Philippines.. To God be the Glory.
I was very moved by this video...Michael J Fox was also an inspiration to me as my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's. It wasn't an easy journey. I looked for videos that shared their journey and was comforted. I recently made UA-cam channel sharing my journey as a caregiver called cat king's journey. Thank you Michael J Fox. You certainly continue to be an inspiration to so many.
From I've seen and read, marijuana is proven to calm the tremors of the disease. There are different strains of marijuana. It's up to you and your husband. Try each strain and see which one works the best. Best of luck
@Will The Trill my husband died 13 years ago...it was a tough journey... you can hear my story on cat king's journey on UA-cam. I also wrote a true love story novel of my journey Will You Trust Me Through This? By Catherine King. Check it out on Amazon.com. my husband was the love of my life for 43 years. Thank you for responding to my comment. You have a heart for those going through difficult times and seek to help and encourage. Bob wasn't in pain and kept a sharp mind till his last breath. I miss him dearly.
Michael keep fighting, you are one of my favorite actors and persons and the whole world, I feel very proud of you, i love you Michael forever !!! God bless you always!!!
Lovely to see you visiting people michael who are suffering the same as you....the 1st time I ever encountered parkinsonism was when I was 22 years I'd had a spinal operation and was on the neuro ward and I walked by a guy in his bed who was shaking terribly and he was sweating real bad and he asked me to help take his vest off as his bed was soaked in sweat ..I felt so sorry for him and of course I helped him..I do not suffer with parkinsonism but I feel sorry for you guys who have it..stay strong and sending you all loving vibes from the UK.. respect to you Michael...GAV.
Always been a fan of MJF. My mum was diagnosed with it but it turned out to be Lewybodies dementia. My dad now has Vascular Parkinsonism. Watching MJF gives me hope & so proud of what he has achieved ❤️❤️❤️👍
Six months ago I was diagnosed, but in hindsight, symptoms have been progressing for 10 years. The diagnosis has been a relief as it gave me a name for what was happening, things I could do about it, ways to fight back. I'm stronger now and will continue to fight back. I just watched this video for the first time. I watched to see which person was "me". By the end I realized, they all are
@@spo0ny2k tremor in my right hand was first diagnosed as Essential Tremor. But now that I know what the other symptoms are, I also had, shrinking hand writing, balance issues (I used to joke that I was the only person I knew that could lose my balance standing still), I stopped swinging my right arm. Who knew THAT was a symptom, but in hindsight that was the first symptom. I’d “trip” over nothing. I was a runner and when I started to tire near the end of a run, I would feel like I was “dragging” my right foot.
@@spo0ny2k No it isn’t genetic. Through MJF foundation I had the DNA testing and I do not have any of the markers. So that means mine is from environmental factors. Roundup herbicide is now proven to be a big one, hence the class action lawsuit.
My husband has Parkinson's and he is only 59 years old. The medicine he is on is so expensive. He just started on Neupro patch. I really hope it will help aid in his symptoms. He is very sensitive to medications and had a severe reaction to the last prescription the neurologist put him on. His health has really failed in the last 3 weeks in his motor skills. Yes, he and I both were in denial when the neurologist first diagnosed him this April. We are struggling right now. We are both Christians, so I do believe in prayer. We pray and we believe that God is in control of this disease. I too am learning. I am trying to access anything I can learn on Parkinson's to be a good caretaker to my husband. It hurts me to watch him go through all this. He is my soulmate and when he is struggling; I struggle. God Bless everyone that is going through this, because this is not an easy disease to deal with. This video was done very well.
Michael, keep up the good fight. You are an inspiration and blessing to everyone. I have been afflicted for over 30 years from a head injury, I have nerve pain damage from neck to my scalp, soreness, numbness, and I suffer with migraines almost every day. Together we can all overcome the way we feel with positiveness in us and that’s what you do, you’re a shinning star 🌟
I’ve been diagnosed for 4 years I’ve learnt to keep positive do the best I can to enjoy my life. I so agree with these sufferers. Let’s j Keep going together . Thank you Michael for your unswerving support
Absolutely beautiful and inspiring. I have members of my family who suffer with Parkinson’s. It’s a life changing disease but seeing this brings hope to everyone who has to deal with it every day of their lives. Michael J. Fox is a truly amazing person for everything he’s doing to help support others with Parkinson’s. Also an amazing actor, (I always loved watching the back to the future movies as a child!) I would ask everyone to please support his foundation and wish everyone out there hope ❤️
i am a fan of michael j. fox since his movie back to the future. even my son had a copy of his movies and during christmas eve we watched them the whole night. And when i was diagnosed of early signs of PD my son even told me that i am the same as Michael J. Fox. and truly his works is amazing. God bless him and may he continue to inspire people like me with early PD from Philippines. I am a massage therapist and i cannot perform any of it with my dear clients now.
Hello Michael! I congratulate and admire you for your implication! My mother has this disease since she was 34, now she is almost 50. It is a continuous fight and showing her that other people like you and those from your videos are confronting the same situation, not giving up, finding new ways to cope, brings her a plus of power and mental force. Thank you for that, I wish you all the best!
@@JulieLaura well I do herb research, doing it for like 8 years.. I found some herbs which treats parkinson and alzheimer.. I help people with herbs, would like to help your mother .. you can contact me in my email : angon.frames@gmail.com
God bless Michael J. Fox and all the other heroes and heroines who persevere through this with courage. We can only hope that a cure is out there for us to find.
When he talked about putting the cup on the saucer that reminded me so much of my Mom. She had one cup of coffee every morning all her life. I remember the first time I seen her hand shake with that cup. I knew right then something was wrong with my Mom. It's a sad disease. 😔
Glad the foundation is still going strong after so many years. Michael J Fox has opened up our eyes to this condition. I had no idea so many suffer from it. I would like to see a video showing the treatment that is available and how it has made life easier for those with Parkinson's disease. I did come across a video revealing that some type of 'vegetable extract potion' increases mobility, but I'd like the Michael J Fox Foundation clarify that first.
My dad was diagnosed with Parkinsons about 7 years ago. Not long after, my mum was diagnosed with Alzheimers. These, in my opinion, are the two worst diseases in the world! I'm so sad for Michael J Fox. He's still great though! I hope so much for a cure for these cruel conditions!
I’m sorry to hear that. That must be so challenging for you and your parents. I hope you stay strong and have as much support as possible through all this.
please people share this! lets create more awareness. Who knows if one of you're loved one in the future might be affected by this disease. Please, please, i beg you to share this.

My father was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2009. It's been a very rough road over these past few years, but this video was uplifting for my entire family. It's so good to know that my dad isn't alone in this, and that there are wonderful people like Michael J Fox making great strides to find a cure. May his foundation continue to thrive and prosper!
As a kid I remember telling my mom my hands are moving by there self, but this last year my legs and arms and hands just started shaking uncomfortable I told my son I think it's a seizure,I don't think it is seizure my uncle had Parkinson and I am having trimmers like he had please keep me in your prayers I'm a single mom of 5 two that are still in home the older ones are grown
Michael, you're hero, my inspiration, my everything. I actually didn't know a lot about Parkinson until my uncle was diagnosed. I was a little kid and i just couldn't understand why was he always "trembling". I grew up, and i started to regonize and realize about his disease. He is a pianist... it gets rough for him and in general for us everyday, but I know future is bright and things will change, at least that is what you make me feel with your existence. Thank you so so so much for being part of this world. I hope you're doing ok.
its kind weird feeling when you about to cry for those people, then realize you only here because you have the same begging as them all, i hope everyone gets a great healthy happy life :(
My aunt passed last year from Parkinsons. I'm not sure how long she had it but at least a couple of decades, as far as I can remember through my 25+ years she always had it. She was such a happy and active person nonetheless. It was always fun to visit cause she had all these great toys, model trains and even a pinball game made out of wood. And her cooking and baking was to die for. But I also remember all the times her husband had to help her when she started trembling while holding a coffee cup or something similar. Absolutely horrible disease.
+Levi Campbell I have recently gone back and watched most of the mystery videos on Dan's videos, I specifically enjoy the standup comedy he links and videos like this.
Michael J Fox of one of the rare celebrities that is truly deserving of admiration.
Michael J Fox is a good person. He is wealthy and could just sit in his mansion but he doesn't. He goes out and cares about other people. I think this disease has helped to show us the real Michael J Fox.
yeah he really cares about other people
He's one of the most well known actors of our time. Big respect to him for not taking his diagnosis and hiding away but using his status and being proud of who he is in order to raise more awareness for this condition.

MJF deserves the Nobel for Medical Research $1.5 billion dollars and going.
Just saw Michael's documentary STILL... it's a beautiful story about a beautiful person. And incredible community of people.
I'm pleading everywhere that other steam networks pock it up. Maybe then, someone would look at my daughter twitching this way
The world is truly a better place because Michael is part of it🥰
As a person living with tremors, ticks, and other undiagnosed neurological problems, the doctors told me it would become Parkinson's disease later. I am grateful that I was able to find this video. I've never looked for videos on how other people deal with all of this. It's a struggle at times to know this will never go away. I tend to lay in bed and think it's all in my head. None the less, it doesn't stop.

I lost my dad to Parkinson’s in Jan 2022. I have watched STILL a few times already….God Bless Michael J Fox. He is an amazing person

Totally agree.
Excellent point....
You do that dear. 👍
I'm sorry for your loss.

How far do you think we are from a cure?

I'm 57 and have had leg pains severely for 6 yrs now and I too can't walk at times. I have to suddenly sit. Nobody accept for Henry on this site has confirmed leg pain as a symptom. Michael J Fox...you are truly an inspiration to us all. I admired you as a actor but I admire more you as a person. You are a fighter with courage and your will is truly amazing. Plus those who did this interview with Michael.
Hi Michael,
Parkinson's took my dad's life a week and a half ago, he got it at age 50 and he was 81 when he died, it was really bad 😕
You are doing a great job being an advocate for this terrible disease.
You are my inspiration.
I hope you are doing ok
Sending hugs from Adelaide Sth Australia xoxo 💜 💖 💙

They do take meds for it hun, but it can still progress unfortunately xoxo 💜

Henry, do you have leg pain with your Parkinson's?
@@toryberch yes I do.

Christine Bourke ,
Good grief, such a rote religious attitude is so annoying.
Thank you.

Fox has it."
We grew up watching Back to the Future(s) on VHS until we wore the tapes out. Our one and only cat was named Marty. This past summer was spent perfecting dad's Doc Brown costume for Halloween.
Thank you, MJ Fox for everything you are doing with this disease. You are a true inspiration to my family and to the world of Parkinson's.
These people are true heroes. Very grateful for Michael J Fox’s dedication to helping this
It's terrible this disease has struck Michael. But the disease choice the wrong person to mess with. Bless you for all the work you have done and still do. I've donated last year and will donate this year. If anyone can organize a foundation to find a cure and improve lives of people who have it, then it's Michael J Fox and his foundation.
Michael is a beautiful man, he is a strong dude!
Everything.
