  • Yesterday's workout was tough, but today was on another level. I was feeling really good and strong. I hit a handful of new PR's doing more reps and/or more weight on core movements. After the workout I was off to work on a commercial shoot for a country club. They had me film some scenes working out in their gym (this is what I do!), hanging out during happy hour, then lounging by the pool. It's hard work, but somebody has to do it. Having the opportunity to do film work is always a blessing for my family. I am very thankful. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
