Caravan fridge door lock ... that wont fail

A few peeps have experienced caravan fridge door catch failures while traveling on some of the more challenging tracks resulting in the contents spilling out and the fridge being damaged. Looking at the door catch it's not surprising. I've got a simple foolproof solution you can rely on
