A very well-designed course, very challenging with well-placed obstacles and spectator friendly. 2. Not just the winners but all competitors are very fit and highly trained 3. The commentator's and narrative are very good. They demonstrated knowledge of the sport 4. The video (visuals at different points in the course are very good as well. 5. That's because in road racing you only need the handle bars in a sprint! In Cyclocross you need the handle bars more! Let me explain if you pull the handlebars with your hands back, you can have more leveredge on your legs! It sounds silly, .... but it works. That's why pulling them back only helps going uphill, or in sprint! Do not ask me how or why! My dad learned me racing as a 6 years old kid and I went into cyclocross as a 16 years old. Never was the best! I just still like cycling and cyclocross even now as a 40+ old man!
