What great musicianship and artistry! They were always great singers and musically smart. As good as and often better than their contemporaries. Maybe their timing in the music biz was slightly off, or they needed a better publicist. After "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" they advanced even more artistically but never got the commercial success they deserved.
