33 years ago, a close family friend was cutting up some dead trees in our woods behind our house. While using his chainsaw to cut it into manageable pieces, the chain broke and it hit him on the right side of his forehead. It took a good chunk out but he stayed calm and used his flannel shirt to put pressure on the wound and slow the bleeding. He was over 1/4 of a mile from our house in a deep hollow. My mom was in the garden picking tomatoes and saw him walk out of our woods drenched in blood and staggering. She said she just froze because she couldn't process what she was seeing....but she did go running to him while screaming for help from me and my cousin. We were in the barn repairing one of the doors. There's just a certain sound in your voice when something horrible happens and we definitely picked up on that. We ended up getting him to the nearest Dr which was 15 miles away in our farm truck going 90+, honking the horn and flashing our lights. The Dr's office immediately called for an ambulance and managed to keep him from bleeding to death. He survived and had over 200 stitches in his head. Old farmers are tough as nails!! This guy was in his 60's when this happened.
I wouldn't waste a good flannel shirt on that, though. I would have taken the flannel shirt off and used my pants to keep from bleeding out. I mean, this is all if I was a farmer and that happened to me.

We lived on a 90 acre plot of land, my father slowly developed senile dementia, nevertheless my brother allowed him to walk through the woods and creeks that ran through the farmland. The exercise kept him fit and helped with his arthritis.
Sounds nice on paper but is also incredibly dangerous to let a senile person just roam the countryside alone and unsupervised. He could've become lost or injured and nobody would be there to help possibly until it's too late.
@@dewayneweaver5782 I've worked in a nursing home and seen senile people try to crawl out their windows at night, often they'd get hurt just doing that. So to let one roam the wild alone and uncared for is as I said dangerous. You're lucky nothing happened cause I'd imagine your brother would feel lots of guilt.
@@ryman1933 No nearly as much guilt as my own father did when he put my Grandmother into a Nursing Home. Like I wrote before sometimes there are no good choices and you are left the least bad options. And the land in question wasn't in some remote wilderness, it was the farm/ranch he worked for years.
So people living off the grid actually put in a security CCTV system to guard their wood pile? Then a guy comes into view covered in an old blue tarp and knocks some wood off, stumbles around, falls over, gets up and staggers away? OK. CLICKBATE.
Off grid doesn’t mean no electricity… it just means using either solar or wind and no having to pay the big electric/ gas companies…. So ya, cctv, internet, power, just in a different form… smh
I'm still trying to figure out how he got an axe stuck in his head. Also after he stumbled around and eventually laid down did he die there or did someone find him first? Wish it was clearer, kinda hard to tell what exactly is going on.
@@awdeveau There's no axe in his head. That was just somebody seeing what they wanted to see. This is just a staged video, designed to look mysterious.
I’ve been watching these videos periodically for several years and just now realized this person is brilliant! Just keep putting weird stuff out and people will watch!
This kind of behavior is what it’s like to live in LA with the homeless zombies out. When I was still living in LA before we finally left in April of last year nothing quite made my drive home from work like stopping for a traffic light and seeing some tormented soul sitting on the curb arguing with his imaginary friend while simultaneously masturbating… Talk about multitasking! And from recent email I received from the neighborhood watch group in our old neighborhood the situation has gotten way worse.
Used to be this blind crack head just south vine and melrose at the 7/11 br this dope Mexican joint called cactus. Wow, someone who lives off the grid shared with me how their mother with dementia left their home in the middle of the night and walked through the woods for hours, lost until she was found. Wonder if this person was in the same situation. Sad.....
@James Jones No friend, an acquaintance so I have no idea how their home was set up. However, things happen when taking care of someone with the disease and adjustments have to be made along the way. No two ppl with the disease do the same things. I cared for my Mom so I know what it’s like.

Are people ACTUALLY seeing what people SAY they are seeing??? I see a person either badly acting, or badly mentally affected in some way - stumbling around in (and out of) what looks like an old tent. I can't believe I spent quarter of an hour of my life watching (AND COMMENTING ON!) this video! 😂
I am sorry I busted out laughing, because that's the first thing I thought of. That snuggie is real, and I think when he stopped by the firewood, he relieved himself.
My interpretation: an elderly man, possibly drunk, in a graveyard, looking for the now dead love of his life. Pissed and alone. He knocks flowers and displays off of the grave markers...finds said wife wrapped in a blue body bag having been freshly buried....pulls her out of the fresh soil and takes her back into the sticks to live ther rest of their days together.
but idk about the shocking part ... if only we could ask mr slowman with the thing draped over his face and his blue blanket ? who knows maybe ... he was shocked and THATS REALLY what its all about 😂
It looks like a well maintained farm, probably more than 95% of people could afford. Country people aren't weirdoes. By and large they are nicer folk than city people -and I say that as someone from a city.
Just an old bloke with a blanket. Maybe trying to get fire wood . Hiding from that camera??? Not very well either. Some one should help him out he's also cold😮😮😮
First I saw a figure in a blue Afghan burka stumbling about, then it took off the burka carried it and appeared to be in a two piece suit wearing a klan hood then it put the burka back on, idk wtf I just saw but dayyum 😳🤔
Wow finally someone got footage of the mysterious blue man of Kentucky folklore that's the first time he's been spotted in the wild since the 60s legend has it he had one to many acid trips and is still trying to find his house, AMAZING 👏 😉 😀 😄
Blue man of Kentucky keep on falling. Keep on falling til you turn black and blue. Blue man of Kentucky keep on falling. That dope has took ahold of you.
I cleared land on one of my old properties and grew huge gardens there as well as cut split and stacked the wood from clearing I knew who was taking the firewood and some vegetables but I really didn’t care because they really needed it to live . Kind of made me remember that watching this video . PS always plant a fruit tree you’d be surprised who eats from it .
I think it I felt that way, which I would, I would pack a nice basket of food and deliver it. Don't let them know what you know, and maybe offer up to them some of your supplies. I don't condone stealing but this might keep them from doing just that and help build some sort of relationship. Maybe they could help you with something one day as a pay back even.
Everyone that says he has an axe in his head, it makes no sense for a person not to make a single noise, the pain would make anyone scream not to mention he falls and rolls, unless he is mute and got an axe in his head, the probability of that is pretty low
Actually, The brain itself has no nerves for pain. (Think 3rd Hannibal Lector movie) doesn't matter tho, bc this is staged. And yes, I still think one would scream 😱
i had tree fall on me and my mom, if my dads car wasn’t in the driveway the paramedics said we probably wouldn’t have made it cause we were in front of my dads car got the most impact. the whole back end of his car was totaled (and so is my anxiety with wind/ storms now)
I don't know anyone of any age who would stack the wood that far from where they need to use it. Ok, storing it there. But moving it closer when needed. Speaking from experience when I was a young lad, my grandfather would have me move 7 cords of wood up to the back of the house. He would give me 20 bucks, which back then was a lot of money... LOL! At least to a 14 year old kid. It was literally 3 feet from the door, covered so it would not be wet from snow. He was 70 years old and he had no intentions of walking that far for firewood.
If I had to guess, it's a drunk or high person, possibly stealing from the property, hence the crouching every time a car passes, and it's probably someone that knows they have cameras, hence the blue thing. They knew not to show their face.
Someone simply being weird as a 'prank'. Like you said, they obviously knew they were on camera and crouched everytime a car drove by. Some people in the comments are analyzing this way too hard 😂
Did it end in tragedy??? ... I saw a happy ending... the little train that could - DID !... whatever it was ,walked right out of the CCTV screenshot. BooYAH!

I have several hypotheses of what could happen: 1. He is a very old man who is walking around his abandoned farm, alone and without children or grandchildren to help him. 2. He is an old homeless man living in the forest who went out to defecate and now cannot find his way to his camp. 3. He is a zombie who, because he cannot find human brains, is very deteriorated and without strength. 4. He is an extraterrestrial being who is laying his eggs every 12 feet, hoping that his creatures will be born in 40 years and begin to colonize the planet Earth. 5. He is a French runner from the marathon held in Amsterdam in 1928 and who got lost on the way and is already arriving in Montreal after traveling each and every one of the countries of the Europe, Asia, Disney World, Australia and the American continent with the hope of reaching his destiny one day before he dies and meets his great-grandchildren, among whom is a writer named Kevin E. Lake. (Please, if anyone knows Kevin, tell him that his great-grandfather is going to cross the Bering Strait around April 27, 2026 and that he needs to send an urgent message to Kevin's mother)
I was easily this drunk last weekend in my yard on accident. All I remember is eating a terrible candy bar and my left sandal is missing and my tummy feels like burning
some serious drugs I think.. and the severe inability to comprehend what's going on. He might've took something weird and decided to dress up as a ghost and tumble around on the ground for a few hours and wander mindlessly into the thick forest.. Probably woke up later (much later) and thought .. *Where am I and why am I here* ?!
Seems like a homeless guy went to fall asleep on someone’s property high as fuck and woke up nearly frozen to death and could barely walk, might be why he seems so out of it and climbs back into the sleeping bag at the end
ya know those times when they say thats 15 minutes of my life i wont get back...this isnt one of them...its the simplicity of the "keep watching until something happens" that is the genius..i get it..many wont😂
I remember seeing a case where the guy was hit in the head with an axe as he slept. With 0 awareness, he got up and went through the motions of making breakfast for himself as he had every day of his life.
Yes it happened in Albany, NY. They thought for sure his son drove home from college and axed his mother in father in bed bc they wouldn’t give him anymore money.
Yeah his son did it, hit his mom too but the father died shortly after getting ready for work, his mother lived and is deformed she forgave him and went to court with him every day of his trial. Unbelievable.
I think this is a neighbour or someone playing a joke or trying to scare the residents away. The way he rolls down the hill is very stagged and exaggerated
I am a Paramedic of 24 years. It is absolutely survivable. I actually had a patient with this exact problem except he had his son with him who called for an Ambulance. I landed the Air Ambulance in his back yard within 17 minutes from the 911 call and was in a operating room 35 minutes from 911. He survived with just a slight right side face droopage, many migraines but fully recovered other than just mentioned. The are head was around 2 inches in his skull right in the middle of his head from back to front. He was conscious with major vision disturbance and nausea. I treated him with 2 large bore IV's, Ketamine, Zofran and Diludid with lots of bandages and built a halo type deal with a basketball hoop over his head to secure the axe head and secured his head from moving. I seen the basketball ball hoop and removed it from the backboard just by grabbing it and use all of my weight and ripped it off. I was extremely lucky and blessed that my experience along with everyone else down his care providers went correctly. He and his family talks to me off and on years after. I never underestimated a will to survive ever again! I am not sure if this is a axe in the head deal, but it is plausible!
His name is Joe. That’s no joke. He was ALSO raised as a “Peanuts” character. True story that. Hence the blue blankie. This is a “before shot” of the great pumpkin patch. Duh!!! “Off camera” is a dog house… that’s what I would bet if I was Tibetan man traveling with Zhee Ping Pong.
if you zoom in when he's walking around you can see the pixel box cut outlining his movement also when he rolls down the grass he goes through it and the end grass is a dubbed in mod also. just zoom in and watch with a touch screen laptop, just my view though. God bless all
This is a person that has enough strength and balance to crouch down like he's doing lunges every time a car passes, which clearly shows he doesn't want to be seen. It also appears that he's carrying something heavy.
@@cerealoffender9530 He might be drunk but he also isn't stumbling much and if you're that trashed you would typically wobble around more. If he's drunk I'd wager he's on something else as well so not wasted drunk but still crossfaded.
Very sad!!! This person need not be homeless. It could have been someone with Alzheimer’s or another type of Dimentia, who might have walked away from his home and couldn't find his way back. Perhaps he didn't remember his own name and/or address. From the looks of it, this is not during spring or summer, and this person's life could be seriously threatened. Hopefully, someone called the Police for him to be taken to a Homeless Shelter while they track down his family.
If you look at the upper right corner you'll see a vehicle parked on the ridge. If you zoom in until you can see the license plate, it reads LM0-22TV. Multiple people have run that number and it always comes back the same: Leonard Meyers. It doesn't matter if it's N. Carolina, Washington, Ontario...it always comes back the same. There's something going on here that's pretty weird.
This is as clean as I can make this; climbing of something and spending the rest of my life struggling to get back in it. I think I agree with you. How did I even end up here...?

We lived on a 90 acre plot of land, my father slowly developed senile dementia, nevertheless my brother allowed him to walk through the woods and creeks that ran through the farmland. The exercise kept him fit and helped with his arthritis.
I like this comment a lot. That sounds so sweet
Sounds nice on paper but is also incredibly dangerous to let a senile person just roam the countryside alone and unsupervised. He could've become lost or injured and nobody would be there to help possibly until it's too late.
@@ryman1933 Sometimes life is about making the least bad choice. Unless you have been it that situation yourself, you literally cannot understand.
@@dewayneweaver5782 I've worked in a nursing home and seen senile people try to crawl out their windows at night, often they'd get hurt just doing that. @@ryman1933 No nearly as much guilt as my own father did when he put my Grandmother into a Nursing Home.

My interpretation: an elderly man, possibly drunk, in a graveyard, looking for the now dead love of his life. Pissed and alone. I hope he finds food and warmth. Bless his heart.
So did anyone bother to look for him?
If I had to guess, it's a drunk or high person, possibly stealing from the property, hence the crouching every time a car passes, and it's probably someone that knows they have cameras, hence the blue thing. They knew not to show their face.
Yep.
Those were precisely my thoughts as well!
