I got my Baja a week ago, and it is an amazing instrument! I am a Les Paul guy, but this Baja is a tone machine, has a nice neck and frets. The switching is easy and a dream to play.. Nice demo here! Thanks!

Great guitar. It's like someone took a 1952 tele and hot rodded it with some modern features. Super diverse and a great classic as well. Get's you all those great tele sounds and more. I love it and have one

Very nice addition to my arsenal of guitars. With that said, I decided the "cheezy" thin plastic pick guard had to go and replaced with a Bakelite guard. When I removed the plastic over the original, it buckled and cracked at one of the screws. Also replaced the original saddles with compensated brass saddles. Lastly, to adjust the neck, you need to remove the pickguard as the truss rod is at the end of the neck near the neck pickup. Fortunately, Fender gave enough room (at least on mine) that you don't need to loosen the neck to get to the truss rod. Butterscotch color "pops" beautifully with the black pickguard and the wood grain comes through to give it a beautiful look. To me the neck size/shape is similar to my Fender Amer Std Tele Deluxe which also had the S1 switch. Great guitar overall for the price.

I love the Baja teles so much I couldn't get my $1500 2017 American professional butterscotch blonde telecaster on EBay fast enough!!!!! I bought both the 50s and 60s baja telecasters because they sound, look, and feel like a real Tele should. Sure, my $1500 butterscotch blonde American professional Tele looked fabulous but that's where it stopped. It's too modern sounding for my taste. My baja's put it too shame. I love my 50s butterscotch blonde baja and my 60s sonic blue Baja and I'll wait for fender to put out a 70s Baja. I get so many different tones out of these badass baja's. Do yourself a favor and dump your AM, belly cut, 6 saddle pieces of firewood and buy a real man's telecaster, Hell buy both baja's and hear what a telecaster should sound like. They are awesome guitars which is why you don't see many used baja's on eBay because people are keeping them but there's a shitload of belly cut, 6 saddle firewood all over eBay. Sellers can't give them away.

This guitar is much better than the very expensive 2024 Vintera 11 vintage nocaster... It has an Ash body and great pickups... The new Vintera has alder

That "flat" fingerboard actually has a 9 1/2" radius.

why have baja telecasters, classic player especially, risen in price compared to a couple of years ago... £776 now compared to at least £100 cheaper a couple of years ago. Without a doubt... you look at videos a couple of years old and in Allegro music they were under £700 but not anymore even though they're older?!
    ...WOW!

No volume control? I guess you just have to use the amp volume control? Just wondering. ....

Nate Eaton Hey Nate, definitely volume control, maybe Damon missed that out! It's the middle control knob.

I eventually figured out that the S1 switch was a button on top of the volume control knob, but thanks!

Neck to fat ping tuners are crap. Would be nice if they offered this with a C shaped neck. I've allready replaced tuners am now getting ready to reshape neck.
