I bought the first iteration of this telecaster in Sonic Blue and rosewood fingerboard and thought I would regret the truss rod adjust (vintage). Zero regrets, its absolutely a blast to play!
Hi Dave! Awesome video. Would you be agreeable with idea of switching the pick ups to a chopper T + Twang king combo while still utilizing the S-1 system? Tone wise, im trying to see if there's that sweet spot between the kotzen tele and the classic tele tone range.. Thanks! ✌🏾
You should be able to do that, but be aware that the wiring in there is a bit more complex than a normal Tele, so if you're not experienced with a soldering iron then you may want to get a guitar tech to do the work for you.
