Alex I have been watching your videos for years and love what you do and try to replicate it well today I actually won my divisional medal and it's the first thing I've ever won in golf and I'm dedicating to you because wouldn't have happened without your lessons I'm really buzzing so cheers Alex your doing a fantastic job 👍🏻👍🏻🏌️🏌️🥇🥇🥇
Well I am honored you would say that... but you struck the shots and holed the putts and have stayed focussed on a simple path. hopefully the start of many more!! very well done!!
Funny thing about golf is that what feels "natural" often does not work. As one teacher once put it " if I change something in your swing and it feels natural, I'm not teaching the right thing". Players that have extremely high backswing planes ( young Jack Nicklaus , a young Davis Love III, Rori Sabatini, Furyk) or extremely flat backswing planes ( Kuchar ) do it that way not because it's " natural" for them ( I read where Kutcher complained to his coach that his swing feels too flat ) but they do it because that is the way they were taught to do it. Nicklaus said to those that criticized his high swing and flying elbow, that he was taught that it kept the clubface on the target line longer during the impact interval, therefor increasing his accuracy. So reading between the lines one might interpret that to mean that Nicklaus wanted to swing on a different plane but opted for his high plane for tactical reasons not natural reasons. High swing planes also get you more distance, that's why long drive competitors use it. Kuchar's flat swing didn't feel "natural" to him but he was taught that way because it makes it easier to cut the ball , which is his preferred ball flight.
I've been watching a channel called 1 Atomic Golf. He really has a simple repeatable swing. He calls it Channel Lock. I was wondering if you're aware of him. This was a great video by the way. Thanks brother I appreciate you.

Good stuff. Your previous "Reverse K" posture video helped me tremendously, Alex.
