Screw mental health? What a stupid thing to say. Don’t conflate excessive activities like hours of meditation and yoga with striving for good mental health. Suicide is the number one cause of death in young men. Don’t screw mental health, it is our most important thing without which you can’t have the clarity, energy and drive to achieve anything else.
Oh course you can have a healthy time alone you can take care of yourself and be fully engaged in something at the same time. Mental health can be a smaller time frame to prepare yourself to give 100% each day.

I watched this video 1 month ago on my other account. 1 month later, I quit the cheerleading team (i loved it but it doesn't make sense for me now since I'm focused on my carreer) and broke up with my boyfriend (a loving man, he treated me life a goddess but we weren't on the same page about life) and this was the first weekend I had all to myself. Now it's a sunday evening and I'm figuring out how I'm gonna do till the end of the year. My goal is to post my first videos on my youtube channel in order to make money as an afilliate. I hope I remember to come back in december or january to tell you how I've been doing! Good vibes to all of you
