THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE BEE GEES SONG SPICKS & SPECKS I LOVE THE WAY BARRY AND ROBIN DANCE ACROSS THE STAGE & MAURICE PLAYING THE PIANO WOW WHAT A PERFORMANCE IN SYDENY AUSTRALIA
the only musician better than barry is maybe george michael and freddie.... he is up there though with them along side bowie and roland orzabal... those are your top 5 pop/rock musicians in history. Ofc i consider the brothers and barry as one so they are included but barry is the rep for me he deserves this status
@@michelleper5065 Totally agree. In my opinion Barry had the talent to be/become a great entertainer too, with his brothers he "changed" in "another" way which was also great!
@@marilynnewtongibb7670 he doesn't really need anyone to stand for him... as i said top 6 musicians in history of pop/rock... in fact many would put him top 3.... in the 70s and 80s he literally touched the face of god.... really one of the best ever
@@nelerhabarber5602 yes, as i said he touched the face of god very few get there musically.... and he peaked while he was writing music to streisand for their duet and many many other musicians of that era. i am talking real musicians... of course his peak is the peak of your species... it went side by side... after him you are left with pretty much nothing musically as sad as this is
Bet Barry would love to be able to jump around like that these days they enjoyed themselves so much with their music 🎵 🐝🐝🐝Gees best band ever So Talented 👍👏💋
This is not a coincidence, there is a reason why he survived, he was always a different man from his brothers. While the other brothers were dealing with women, alcohol and drugs, Barry was at home with his wife and children. He always had a decent, moral and happy marriage and family life. We must give Linda credit for this, they loved each other very much and took good care of each other.
Barry was always the most stable one of all of his brothers. Also, he said from the time he was 12 or so, he knew he wanted a large family like the one in his childhood. His two biggest dreams came true...huge career in music and a large family with the love of his life.
@@virginiaconner3340 I totally agree, but it wasn't just luck. Barry worked hard. He was always level-headed through the ups and downs they experienced as a group. He was selfless in his private life and put his marriage before everything else. His wife and children were always with him at concerts, tours and programs. As you said, there is an interview in the late 60s in which he said that "partying was definitely not a lifestyle." I guess some things happen in human nature.
WOW MAURICE IS SO FUNNY PLAYING THE PIANO AND WAITING FOR BARRY TO START SINGING AND BARRY STARTS SINGING AND THEN ROBIN COMES ON THE STAGE CLAPPING THEY ARE HAVING FUN TOGETHER 😉😊☺😃😄😆😘😀🤗🤭💗💗💗💞💕
PANDEMIA 2021.. Son terapia para los que los amamos... Necesarios.❤🌷
I don't know know any Rick Grimey or walking death or any such groups that brought others here, I'm just here because I love the Bee Gee's, that's it...
This here was the Bee Gees' first ever number one hit of their career, recorded and released on Festival/Spin Records of Australia in 1966, as they were boarding a ship back to the UK. No wonder the brothers look so jubilant performing that hit in Melbourne, five years later. And Maurice hitting that G key....imagine the several takes of this song where he had to play that over and over!
Love this song.. Was brought back to this song during an episode of the walking dead years ago.. I couldnt believe looking the song up right after it ended that the beegees sang this
I have heard the Bee Gee's perform this at other times, but this concert, with the stomping and crowd joining in, is the one I remember. I was 13. I pity the people who don't know this exists and only know them as 'The Kings of Disco'. Have none of them read the lyrics to 'Stayin Alive"? It is an R&B song, as Barry said once.
Wow... here I was just wondering to myself 'Where the heck is Robin?' and suddenly he appears out of nowhere jumping around and flailing his arms....He isn't usually that animated during a performance, but I'm happy now! Thought Mo was gonna wear out that G key waiting for Barry to start singing!
I just love Mo's pounding piano on this song - it makes you want to stomp or clap along like Robin, who is like the Webster's definition of “gangly” here (awww ❤). Barry looks like he’s having a blast singing his heart out!
Awesome your song and video my friend Magdalena, thank you for sharing, i love it !! Warm kind greetings with much love from me and Greece and have good and peaceful time!! George + BIG LIKE
Seriously, since last Sunday, I can't hear enough of this fantastic song. I had never heard it before, just love it! Thank you TWD for expanding my musical education :D `
BEE GEES 🌠💖🕺👬🌟🤩💯
Great!🎼🎵🎹🎸🎤📀🎧👍👏
From Hong Kong🙋♀️🌏💝🌺🥰
Barry walks the stage as though he was born to be there. I guess, given his past, that he probably was very comfortable on stage.
Barry Gibb...one of the most talented and sexiest men in modern times! His energetic performances are also exciting to watch.
0:41 they way Robin came in to the screen and start dancing😂❤️

Time to reissue this song for public consumption.......we desperately need some hope in our lives these days........
Ah this is GOLD
This is the three brothers working the stage like the consumate showman they are...
Beautiful
Love seeing Barry sing his heart out and the crowd getting into it! You can feel the energy in that room!

Barry had it all. The looks, voice, song writing ability. Now he is also the last brother standing! Life is crazy.

@@Melke.2024he said about the year 2001 he was dealing with alcohol

What a great old song. I was clapping with the audience! One of Barry's best \. I love the Brothers Gibb and all their songs.
I forgot to mention that I first heard this song in 1967 when the Bee Gees became popular. They were talented brothers and I love their songs.
