I hope they remove the self shielding part of Ardent. What's the point of having conditional items if you're going to remove the conditions? It's like if Zeke's allowed you to activate half of the passive without bonding.
@@kevin15535 It may be a bug. According to the wiki, it was an "undocumented feature" that appeared in 9.18. I can confirm from personal experience that the self-shielding does work from playing Karma and also playing against a Diana.

Xayah is actually great with conqueror. I tested it and her passive feathers count as spells. So, aa champion and if the feather hits someone, she gets 3 stacks. Not to mention that she gets 2 stacks from spells.
It's not even that. This item is absolute deadweight if you get to late game. When i'm playing senna for example, i've managed to hit full build pre-30 few times, and them im just stuck with this dogshit item that gives me like 30 AD and 150 HP. Would't be my first choice personally. But you can't just sell your sighstone. I'd prefer if you could upgrade them with gold later into the game after quests are complete. Also lack of mana regen on them is so bad. I'm finding myself buying 1 or even 2 charms pretty much every game on champs i used to buy spellthief's on.

People keep saying everyone needs to ward but Riot has repeatedly force wards onto supports so that the whole team's vision is heavily dependent on the support. HOWEVER! denial of vision is rampage. There already is pink ward and sweep but they also give anyone that builds lethality can literally get a free blackout. And it one hits wards so that you can't even use it to lure them into ward traps like those using sweeper does. Blackout honestly should be a support tool. Not assassin D:< Like they should make up their minds. If vision is only a support game, let denial of vision be a support game too. Or else let everyone ward as much as they can deny depending on what they choose to build/do.

I'd much prefer if wards just took different eq slot, and you'd either have to buy sighstone again (but with no stats on it), or if sighstone was a base for an item that you can upgrade it into - not support item, just item. Or even better, bring back green wards, and make them AND control wards, take different slot, so that you can buy them even at full build. So that everyone does that, not just support.
Wards are the supports job because youre meant to roam the most, don't have to cs a lane, and all your items are less expensive. Everyone is supposed to help with vision, but you literally have nothing else to do in the game when roaming between lanes
I'd love to see a Rengar nerf where they add a 3 second cd to his passive Bush jump. It'd stop him from being an incredible bully top without culling much of his jungling ability.

It procs on self-shields, instead of only procing on shields on allies.
