600+ BST pokemon are banned in ironmon because stats are randomized, so all pokemon with 600+ BST have the highest stats possible (more points to be distributed randomly)
I can't tell if that conversation was kidding or not (if so lol on me), but it's fairly obvious how that works lol (the only distinguishing aspects of different pokemon are their base type)
