@@mattspacc8570I don’t blame Jake after this honestly, Tom has ABUSED the other contestants but Jake played a normal game pushing Aiden in a PHYSICAL challenge and he acted like he had any right to call Jake out when all of the plot revolves about Tom being a coward and an asshole that can’t make things clear and both Tom and Aiden hurt and stole from Jake and Ashley and James during episode 2, Tom is the biggest hypocrite to ever hypocrite
Jake may have problems but at least Jake is trying
It’s understandable that Aiden would be upset for Jake pushing him (maybe it was a hard push idk) but Tom was so sassy for no reason 😭

Did you notice that Miriam gave Conner an envelop? Miriam is a very genius woman. She knew that she is gonna get eliminated. So she used her final trick before she left. I am thinking that it is gonna be a team swap. She is swapping Conner and Fiore. If Fiore is on Alce team, she is literally destroying the villain alliance and making the alliance less powerful after the merge. Miriam has less screen time but she makes every smart move that she can make. I am glad that she didn't get medic emergency. Those red flags are tripping us. Overall, the yellow team is going to have more tensions if they are in the elimination.

I was predicting Fiore being medivac’d, reason? She has not been useful in physical challenges and she tend to get left alone, be easy for someone like Yul to do something to remove someone like her that dangerous to keep from the game.

I don't know what's going on with Tom. But avoiding Jake is not gonna solve this problem. I mean sooner or later they're gonna have to talk to each other
If you rewatch Season 1, you'll notice that the teams had colour-coordinated swimwear. The other thing I noticed was that every challenge this season has been in swimsuits, even when swimming wasn't part of the challenge.

I think the confusion comes from the fact that the contestants didn’t know what team they’d be on in this season like they did in season 1
Part of me wants to say it may be a Survivor touch, but they don’t always have the castaways in Survivor in their swimwear in challenge, especially when it doesn’t involve the water. So, they may been some context or memo that is getting lost in this. The only thing I can think of, in terms of plot/arc relevance, is that someone else than Grett has deceptively dropped weight that will get revealed later on. Even if Grett does have sensitive topics regarding her weight loss, someone’s else losing weight, when they don’t need or even shouldn’t, may also be very tragic as well.
I just adore to see Jake and Ashley's friendship.

I think Miriam's attitude was the most correct. She knew she would be eliminated, instead of simply telling the other teams about the villain alliance, she tried to break the others' trust in Alec to have any chance of continuing. She may have been eliminated but she caused mistrust in others.

I’ve got a head canon for Miriam that she’s participated in other reality shows post Season 1 and NEVER lost, which explains how she doesn’t know what it’s like to be eliminated.
I thought she said that just because she didn’t get eliminated in season 1 at all (she won the season)
But that HC would make sense adding to the fact that Miriam is shockingly skilled!

Miriam getting eliminated just means she's gonna die off screen. Jake's team will obviously win a phone call and find out like that again (again)
This is definitely my favourite all stars episode besides the 1st one, Jake is being toned down more which is nice to see, and I live his friendship with Ashely!

At 29:09, At the beginning of the next episode, I want them to make the scene after the elimination with Yul just confronting Connor or Riya with the “WHO THE HELL VOTED FOR ME!?” quote like Rupert confronting Johnny FairPlay from Survivor.
Not trying to guess who voted Yul? I'm personally going with Grett. I don't really know why exactly, but it has to be her, Miriam & Alec voted each other, Connor voted Miriam, Yul voted Miriam too cuz he went with Alec's plan. That leaves Riya & Grett. Riya probably voted Miriam too to save Connor. Grett might be getting fed up with being treated like garbage and maybe she's trying to put Yul on edge?
Ok so I passed from hating Ellie, to liking Ellie, to disliking Jake and liking Ellie, to disliking Ellie and Jake... But I never even thought of Tom. But Tom this season?
I can understand he didn't pay attention to Miriam and Jake during the two years that passed, but he's being too rough. He keeps evading them like if Miriam didn't carry both of them? Without Miriam, they'd have been voted off, but he just evading them. And why did he get so sassy? Like help 😭. He was just 'akward' around them, but he got angry at Jake for pushing Aiden when he literally pushed Grett like two moments earlier 😭😭😭. Guy's a hypocrite. Amazing.

Your reaction to this episode was just hilarious. This episode was just amazing,and seeing that theirs a villains alliance this season is pretty cool. I think the envelope that Miriam gave Connor could be a team swap advantage. I'm not sure if it is,but thats what i think of. Also,i wonder how both Jake and Tom will feel when they find out that Miriam will got voted out, I'm curious to see how the 5th episode will play out and I'm excited for it.

With Tom’s treatment toward Jake, it’s got me thinking Tom was contacting by his old job to investigate in Jensen’s whereabouts during the show. Anyone else think the same thing?
I do so too, even prior to the episode.
However, a cross-mixture the fishing scene and, Gabby (supportive) and Yul (derogatory) mentioning Tom is a cop, even the challenge indicates with Tom may have hinted that Jake may have landed himself into some legal trouble, with Tom potentially as the arresting officer. If this is right, it may also indicate some of Ellie’s interviews were intentionally downplayed to not be as bad as they truly are, like Jake with “community service”. Furthermore, the hypocrisy in the challenge may also be more contextual of Ellie running into legal trouble as well. However, Tom, even without Gabby, gave her some grace that backfired on him, especially with Ellie in a different country.

This may be a total crackshot, but they specifically went out of their way in this episode to remind us totems exist. We see Miriam in the bushes looking around- this can merely be a reference to her snooping around and seeing the villains in action for the few episodes she was here. But maybe it can also mean she was looking for the immunity totem. What if she found it and gave it to Connor? Knowing of the villain alliance, it’s more important to give the totem to Connor rather than Jake in order to get more of the villains out before merge.
Connor is the only choice let’s say he a message to the others he perhaps use the totem to switch team perhaps magenta team due good intentions with ally and hunter and Miriam had with jake

I’ve been giving Tom the benefit of the doubt but he’s like seriously just annoying…
With the matching swimsuits, they, like their sleepwear, were provided (noted by Alec in episode 2 at night) in the bags when they parachuted.
However, why has this been the third challenge in a row where they compete in swimwear, with only one challenge involving the water at all?
If feel like this might be a Survivor touch, but the memo and context with that being their challenge attire is getting lost. Hopefully, this gets addressed, if they continue this, next episode.

Why didn’t Miriam expose the villain alliance after her team lost the challenge?! I love Miriam, but I feel like she kind of screwed herself by not saying anything about the alliance :(
To the other teams that is. I’m very much aware she told Connor. But I wish Miriam would of spilled the beans to the other teams.
If she did that, The 4 villain members on her team would be instantly pissed at her and she would have no chance trying to trick them into voting someone else.

@@Trooper_Day1717 She wanted to make an attempt to stay in the game. It was a good attempt to try and break up the villain alliance from within. Miriam became less obvious of a vote after her play after the challenge.

I do like the episode overall, but this episode was like the vote: pretty slanted.
This has been one of the least involved (like no lines from either intern) episodes from the production side has been in all 3 seasons (and including some of the beta episodes). Out 4 episode thumbnails, one camper has been on the last 3. That happens to be Jake, but that is almost too skewed with one character to be in that many thumbnails in a row. Even season 2 made some half-attempt to not have Aiden and/or James being in every thumbnail (or least 3 in a row at minimum). Unless the thumbnail itself was more intentional and contextual (beyond the challenge) for something later on (which there isn’t enough both in the episode and overall so to highlight that context of that is the case), the thumbnail helped contribute to shifting focus to one one moment that wasn’t the focal point or character or the episode or even leading to it. While Tom was in the thumbnail and Ellie was the noted member on cyan, the entire cyan (those two included) felt more like side while the prior 2 episode were more balanced out among and between the teams.
However, the villains’ alliance forming and starting to fall apart was nice to see. Connor’s morning scene with Alec was good for both of them, and depending on that parting gift from Miriam, this could foreshadow Connor being a father figure this season (especially if he can get off his original sooner than later). While Miriam going became obvious, you can argue that she went down in a blaze of glory, which I can respect. Ashley opening about her guilt and more on that fire she started was a nice treat. While I have many issues, beyond Tom, with the challenge incident, both scene and the fishing scene may have hinted at something may have happen with Tom and Jake post-season.
