After upgrading my Android phone I couldn't get my Perfect Blend app to connect to my blender. Called Vitamix 3 times and no one suggested I turn on the location finder on my phone (maybe it should have dawned on me). Next step was to maybe mail in my blender. Thought I would look on line and found you! Thanks for knowing about the location finder, you saved the day! Thanks again!

Exactly why I bought the A2300. All the blenders in the series are the same blender , just the features make them different.

Nice informative video, but don't use your nose picker as a pointer.
It would have been a lot easier and cheaper for them if the firmware could've been applied through the phone. Vitamix need to step up a little bit more in regards to firmware updates over bluetooth or wifi. Thanks for the video. I'm thinking about buying the A2300 or the Venturis 1200 at costco.com.

Great question. I have no idea what Vitamix has planned for the future. Now that you brought this topic up I kind of concerned. It wouldn't be an easy solution tbh.
mine is 2019 and says Vitamix 2.0. Connected on the first day and made many recipes and the day after could not connect. I have asked Vitamix and hopefully they will have a fix for it.
Hi sorry to hear about your situation 😕 What phone are you using? Do you have you location on when trying to connect?
@@actioncamjackson It is Samsung S9+. I have installed the app on another android phone and it works on that but it is very temperamental. i then tried to uninstall the app and install again but no luck. I then restarted my phone, reinstalled the app again and it connected. I am sure there is a sequence one can follow to make it work. I hope I can find it as I love the app and was thinking the scale is a great idea but worried about the connection issues

I'm getting a container not supported error warning and have a vitamix ascent 2500. this is for the simple pizza dough recipe
First we have to choose the exact type of blender jar in the menu
