Hey, that's what I said when I found that out myself.
Vitamix is a global leader that continues to supports clients while backing up their awesome products with 10 year warranty (from date of manufacturing), so if you bought a used blender it might still be under warranty 🙂🙂👍

Can two different phones be used to control the vitamix without re-pairing the Bluetooth?

I saw your video demo-ing the a2300 paired with your phone... Control three blender in cleaning mode. If that worked the soup, smoothie function on the so should work .. Have you don't any videos Vitamix perfect blend app and a2300 testing the soup setting... Go through a few of them..
