Brave of them to cover this one. I remember Noel saying he let Liam pick which Sgt. Pepper song they'd cover, and he thought Liam would pick A Day In The Life cos its the obvious choice, and relatively easy to cover compared to this (Liam on Lennon's parts, Noel singing Paul's part) but was shocked when he picked this one. I think Liam made a good choice

Uhm ok…. That was pretty damn impressive My first time hearing anyone try and cover this song and i am blown away. The approach of the arrangement was a gutsy call but they pulled it off masterfully.
I don't normally like covers, especially of Beatles songs as they just don't cut it. But this gives the original the respect it deserves and is very well produced. A very fitting tribute. I wonder if Liam hired a bunch of Indian guys like George did?
This is a very good cover! I bought Sgt Pepper in 1975 and this track became my favourite off the album. 40 years later i went to India,then 3 years later i meet and fall in love with an Indian woman.
as a unbiased and unqualified critic, this is quite good. I prefer the original, but to cover a song like this and not get a comment section full of people vomiting is impressive
law you may find this hard to believe but I assure you its true. My friend was recording in the next studio @ Abbey Road, and he assured me this is real, and Liam sounds fantastic. I think he hasn't sounded QUITE this good in 9 years. Even the record acoustic Wonderwall @ UK Radio Aid where he sounded very young wasn't quite as perfect, he didn't drag out his notes, etc. I'm glad that people are finally realizing that he still has it :) Madferit.
As a beatles fan i find this cover actually good. Rare to say that I know. But I'm tired of people crying over ok artist covering beatles, if they sound pretty good I think they should deserve a chance unlike target.
This is probably one of the greatest covers of a Beatles' song...like most of Oasis' covers of them. However, this song is still second to Joe Cocker's cover of "With A Little Help From My Friends".
