Hey man I have the same issue ingame. At first, FFB works but then under strong resistance it fails. Any luck finding a solution? I would really appreciate any tips. I'm so frustrated I'm so close to throw it out. P.s I did try what you did here and no luck everything is intact.
Mine is having an issue with random button presses when im just driving around. I tried to look for something inside the wheel that might be broken or out of socket but not luck. Only happens after 30 mins of drifting on assetto corsa
Hello, maybe you can help me ... Please answer me ... I own a Thrustmaster t300rs GT edition steering wheel but I misplaced my power supply. Impossible to find one on the market so I will have to make it. However since this is a 4-pin power supply there are 2 pins which I suppose should receive a voltage of 220 volts but I don't know which of the 4. And the other 2, if they are bridged, or .. .I dont know... ? Can you help me using a multimeter. Thank you.
@@TheFredbull22 Hey bro I am kinda stuck in a similar position can you tell me which out of the 4 pins are for the 220v, i don't have the 4 pin cable and can't get a new one in my country unfortunately.
hey. i have the issue that my gain settings in the control panel jump to 0% when i OPEN the settings or any Game. i then have no FFB. Then i turn it manualy to 75% overall gain, click okay and then it closes itself. then when opening it again its again at 0%. it doesnt save the 75% or any other %. do you know a fix for that? i allready reinstalled the drivers completly
i have the xbox version of t300 (my wheel is tx). When the usb unplugged, it is so smooth, zero problem, but when I plug the usb then ffb comes, it feels so notch like old logitech wheels. Are you had the same problem?
When you open the wheel you will see that the plastic mount for the Hall effect sensor behind the motor is broken. You can custom 3D print it on shapeways for about 20-30$
Sorry i didn't see your reaction on here. I have another video on my channel that shows the problem i had, basically ive just checked every connection and, those are so cheap connectors that the wire comes loose because of the vibrations. The mount for the moter coming loose, or your belt becoming loose is also a common problem on these i've noticed
Wow you know how may peope get there 300 and say ahh it feels weak when in rarity it's a pretty strong wheel even if only 3.9nm it has some force it's why some go oh mine felt really strong and some go oh it feels weak its probsbsly due to these wires coming loose funny if only half the people that returned there's then got it sent back thinking oh they put a new motor in it now its really strong if they knew it may of only been a wire they would be like wtf lol
Hey man i have the issue that my Force Feedback is there and then it doesn't work its not competly off but its not fun to play is this maybe the issue and sorry for my bad english
Same issue here... When I start playing everything is fine and i think its full force Feedback.. but after playing some time (About 20min) and the Feedback-engine heats up a Bit it starts to loose more and more power.. even the vibrations from curbs get weak more and more. Does the wheelbase maybe have heat-issues and how can i solve that?
@@user-wq9mw2xz3j I actually had a different issue. In the Motor is a Magnet which wasnt properly alligned with the Hall Sensor. So the force feedback Data would be wrongly transmitted to the Motor. Got or fixed and it works since.

Hey man, did you fix it somehow? I have the same issue
no clue, you can try enabling the fan at 100%. (press the 'ST options' and 'mode' button at the same time)
I think that is because of overheating
I have the same issue with my t300rs.
Starts fine and after some corners on feedback 6 it starts fading..
Any luck with you guys?
hi mate, i have this issue, so some getting out of connection where you point? i'll look for this on mine.
exactly, there are tiny cables with connectors, check them all, they arent attached very well

This is a bad contact with the ring and the base

yeah its normal. Never open the control panel when a game is using the wheel. always before anything has started :)

Yes I have the same problem and since I live in India thrustmaster doesn't carry out RMA processes here

@@DoenerHSG Have you fixed the issue?
@@sternfaust it's simply a case of the wheel heating up.
can be mostly solved by turning on the "always on" option for the fan.

anyways, good for you that you got it fixed
