Demands from My Home Insurance Company!

Have any of you received a letter of demands from your home insurance companies, telling you what repairs you need to carry out? Let me know how you handled it! I found it very frustrating.

I can't because I have a claim history (for $0 since they wouldn't cover my sewer line repairs) and other companies won't quote even :|

The insurance company is completely in their right to do this. I wouldn't blame them for not insuring you if something happened.

Haha I for sure want to keep it in good condition. I was annoyed about the roof because it was clearly ok, and the roof inspector in fact said it was probably good for 10 more years.
