I actually came up with an idea like this!
So, it's an open world game, where the fighting takes place on the streets. Kind of like Spider-Man PS4. You can explore U.A, and basically all of Japan that the manga shows us! You start off in Season 1 of the show with quirkless Deku, and you progressively unlock more and more characters, eventually getting to the end of the series all together! As you go through the story, you unlock moves, and since there's only so many buttons your controller has, there are also presets so you can customize your hero however you want!
Paid DLC will be the vigilantes pass, which adds in story from the vigilantes manga! The story for the main game will be multiple hours long, have no slide show cutscenes, be in Japanese and English, and will have side quests as well!
