I remember having a pc and spending more time tweaking than actually playing. For me it was kind of addictive messing around with settings.
Same here. Having come over from console to pc, the freedom it allowed me to tweak graphics settings was super addictive haha
For me its the opposite of addictive. Its a bloody pain. Especially for those of us who have very very limited time to play 😊
@@robertcarr4172just pick a preset 😊
I use to find it fun but having done it so many times it gets boring ^^. So nowadays I just make sure my hardware is up to spec so I can just run everything on max and be done with it 😅
I'm getting over that habit myself at the moment lol in the end you accept your pc limits and go with it! Lol
I'd love to remove the inner camera when you have the mirror on top
Thanks for the video, I've been really struggling with nords, will definitely try the dll out. Thanks again
Thanks for the DLSS dll update tip, it makes sense.
Haven't bought it yet but good to see and thanks for your performance improvement tips in advance - Its now in my ACC ref folder
Turning post processing to low removes the shadows under the cars. That makes them look floating around the track.
Thanks for the tip with the dll file!🙏
The video ALL of us were needing
Thanks for this video 👍
Thanks for this help Ricardo! Personally, i just fine tuned the mirror, as the low quality and framerate really make me a lot of confusion, but it was a huge help. The game was not playable, but now is awesome
Ok , i am a casual player with a low end laptop for now. I7 10th gen, GTX1650 and just 8ram. I dont know which advice (or all of them ) made a change, but its the first time ACC runs at 70-80fps with no lagging and looks pretty good.
So, thank you for your advices, gain a subscriber here. If i can i add one or two things though. Turn mirrors of, use the radar. Also turn off real time windows defender. Huge difference.
Amazing! Did exactly the same settings as you have, gaines 30-50fps!!
Thank you for showing our white "Donmaynardo Racing" - Ferrari in the beginning of your video.🙃
dlss is huge for vr users, im using a hp reverb g2, 4090, 5800x3d, open xr 160, pixel in game 120, high settings except for mirror, try it. still tweaking but it has never been this smooth or loom this good
Res to 90 and use upscaling .Materials Quality is one of the biggest killer of frames so set at mid .
Still looks nice and you gain a good 20 to 30 FPS with just those two above
thanks this helped. anyway ive been looking for some load cell pedals at the 200 price point . Ive looked at the Thrustmaster Tlcm's, Moza SRP's and fanatec csl load cell pedals. Which one would advise me to get?
Csl elite V2.
What about between thrustmaster tlcm, moza SRP, and the normal fanatec CSL lc not the elite. Because the elite is really hard to get were I am
@@vroomvroom248I’ve had the tlcm an and have the cal pedals with load cell now. The csl pedals are way better, tlcm an are plastic and have a lot of side to side movement.
@@enzoman444 thank you I will take that into account when I decide to buy one after I get some info on the moza SRP
if you get the srp pedals, id recommend getting the optional accessory kit as well. Allows you to mix match different dampers and springs @@vroomvroom248
Unfortunately this does nothing for me as my GPU is never fully stressed at any time. I only have performance problems once more than 50 or 60 cars arenon the server. Turning down visible cars does absolutely nothing either though. My CPU is never capping out on any of the cores either. But still I get only like 40-50fps on track on a full 100 car server. No idea what to do honestly.
Thank you
You can turn off mirrors in acc , just the mirror resolution to off
Im using the minimum settings on everything and im getting a whopping 17 fps on my laptop!😅
But tomorrow i will have a new pc and i cant wait to see 150 meters in front of me and shadows😮😮
I get fps drops in the gp track but for some reason, the northern loop is completely fine.
5800x3d, 7900xt, 1440p, epic settings, all cars visible, disabled most of the ingame overlays and use a mix of racelabs/acc drive overlays. I get a stable 100fps.
When will we get the dlc for PS?
materials quality is a huge fps killer at high.
does this applied to mid-high pc (something with 3070/4060 or better) or mid-low PC (2060/1660TI or lower)
it applies to most pcs. try it out.
Just tested the tool lsfg. It allows me to play acc maxed out triple with ~120fps.
I need that shirt in my life, brother
I think it's posted in the video as merch 😬
It is nice to know that this track needs allot of graphic and processor power. I will wait till this track has a STEAM sale price and then get it. No matter how bad the track runs on my Windows 10 I7 processor and RTX-3080TI GFX card. No way I am going to get a better system just for one silly track. All my other racing games run fine with what I have.
The heavy hitting could be because of how many drivers are running on the track.
Take care.
is that you, Power Q?
I wish ACC had FSR 2.0 at least, or 2.1 preferably, its much better than the 1.0
FSR is driver based, turn it off in game.
Go into your Radeon settings and enable super resolution, frame gen and ant-lag. That is FSR 3.1 now i believe. Obviously not as good/streamlined as being baked into the game code, but is available on every dx11 and dx12 title through the driver
@@Haulinbassracing im on 1660 Super, so only options are FSR ingame or upscaling in nvidia drivers but i think that works the whole time, not on one application only so i dont wanna use it.
Hey man I’ve reached out to a lot of UA-camrs trying to get a steering wheel with pedals and shifter and I can’t seem to get one I wanted to see if you could help I don’t want it for me but for my nephew in Mexico he came to the US and told me he loved sim racing and I wanted to get one for him but I’m not okey economically and I wanted to ask if you could help out
Hey I know you didn't ask me,😅 but I 100% recommend buying something used. I got the Thrustmaster TMX wheel and pedals for only 100 dollars and theyre working totally fine one and a half years later. You can maybe go even cheaper than that but it may not be just as good of a performance.😊
If you can afford it I recommend a belt driven wheel.👍
Good luck!👉👉
Interesting that its more GPU heavy than CPU as it's such a big map
Cpu makes a good difference
Interestingly, I overclock Ed my 7700x to 5.4ghz instead of using pbo. 10% increase.
With everything together it adds up.
This will melt my PC 🙂
The objective is that it won't 😬

I mean, on my 3060 i play at 2.5k with everything in epic, 60 fps no issue only by limiting visible cars to 60 on 100 player lobbies 😂
The optimisation in this game is terrible. In VR at medium settings my vram 12gb and dram 16hb are close to being maxed out.
I'm waiting for WRC VR but since it's also unreal engine it will probably have shit performance as well
Unless graphics card is a potato🥔 Definetly in game FSR OFF...GPU settings set to default
free performance at almost zero cost is free performance. DLSS is there to use it, even people with 4090s use it in games where its available.
