Just like paintball, it's different than real life and it's important to remember it's a game. People are paying to go have fun and feel immersed. Played airsoft since 2011, and from my experience with airsoft electric rilfes is: if you don't have much money to spend, go for non-blowback, it's one less thing to break and less cost to maintenance. Nice that you commented about the mindset and be prepared to be uncomfortable. I had a friend that always said "you pay for comfort, the more comfortable stuff you wanna carry, the heavier your backpack will be, so think about it well". My loadout was as simple and light as it could be. Airsoft is very good sport and I've seen people that were sedentary finding in airsoft a way to exercise that they really liked.
When I was training with Aussie dudes they told me about how they would stuff McDonald cheese burgers inside a spent at4 tube and store them for field ops. GAME CHANGER.
You should definitely get into the Gbbr world the most realistic you will get with an airsoft gun . Runs on green gas and the manual of arms are exactly the same . Also have a reciprocating bolt with a bolt lock function and bolt release in the ar pattern Gbbr they use a buffer and buffer spring system I even use a real ar15 buffer with the weights in my personal Gbbr . The magazine only hold around 30-40 bbs so round count is the same awesome for training! As far as furniture goes they will pretty much take any real ar15 part ! I use a real stock pistol grip buffer and charging handle . And of course any accessories lights lasers etc will mount to the handguard. Plus you get a decent kick about like a .22 again with a fully functional bolt and the manual arms to go with ! Last but definitely not least and probably one of the best parts it uses a hammer system closely related to the real thing so you actually get a true trigger pull with a audible break and reset and around a 3-4 lb pull ! They can be a little more to get started with the Gbbr but way worth it and way more solid and sturdy of a gun! Some manufacturers do forged serious for there upper and lower and get damn near close to the quality of a real ar15 upper and lower receiver! Great video and glad to see your getting into airsoft a little it’s an amazing team experience and great for character building testing kit and some training especially manual of arms !
@@matthewjordan8452 some of the factory which built Airsoft also make OME part for the gun industry like VFC for H&K parts, and some of the rail for the airsoft AR-15/Type 91 has been used as the wolf A1 rail w/o any problems at all
That’s cool I did not know that ! All I was saying is I think it’s awesome how Gbbr can take real parts but I had no idea some airsoft companies made oem parts for real steel! Plus more so than real parts on my Gbbr the function is the main reason I got into gbbrs there is just so much more realism compared to an aeg or ebb now both those electric guns have way more ammo capacity and depending on brand better performance but you can tune a Gbbr to perform very very well it’s just the amount of ammo you can carry is significantly lower but again it’s more realistic I’ll never go away from Gbbr and go back to electric guns
It's almost a TRAINING EVENT ....so yea, it's Gona suck if you take it seriously & do it right. But you will learn good lessons! Better sweating in training, than bleeding for real...

This is a great video. I was Platoon Leader over on NATO and I learned a ton my first MSW event also. Thank you for sharing this video and keeping it fun. Because that is what Airsoft is all about.
Airsoft has given me so many hours in my kit in a fighting environment that I can’t replicate at the range or at home. Needless to say my kit has drastically evolved. Also going to big events allows you to really test you comms at distance and under pressure. Comms are the thing I see most people including myself mess up.
I think its cool guns guys are getting into airsoft, I'm the reverse I've spent all my teens and early 20s running and gunning like a dork I must spend all my time and resources on ammo and real training but it's still good cardio at the end of the day

Gosh, seeing dudes just sitting down and liting up a dart during combat is bringing back so many memories xD
"Ivan 2 has a lot of PTSD"
I love the delivery of all your jokes lol
Love my BluejeanOperator. He's a fellow moonshinin, red clay trudgin, cousin touchin feller down here in the Peach State baby
Dude, I love seeing how your channel has grown! Keep putting out that high quality-big-chimp-energy content.
I appreciate the feedback and giving some "ego check". Airsoft is great fitness and better than playing CoD on a keyboard. 👍👊😉
I've always said that airsoft is like video games, but instead of deteriorating your health it makes it better
The Ray Liota/ Goodfellas narrative vibe did it for me. Hilarious, wholesome, top notch content.
This was funny as fuck with the cuts of the camera interviewing you like a documentary 😂😂😂
I have thought about getting into airsoft and I had no idea it got this intense. Looks cool 😎👍
I've always wanted to play airsoft so bad, but I'm too broke for that. I had a spring 1911 once, it was fun.
You can always rent gear for one game, it's real cheap 😉
Bruh admin and nick are my fav duo💕💕
All I hear is Ray Liotta voice. Just waiting to hear “As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a Ranger”.
Tokyo Marui, all day every day. IMO best platform that has equal parts quality, reliability and QC. Never failed me yet.
My wife asked how I can listen to you; I told her to get the hell out of the bathroom while I’m dropping logs.
Thank you for giving me flashbacks to LTs when I was in
Any time!
Pocket burgers are the real meta
Had an officer who did pocket steaks. I do pocket Dino nuggets. Pocket sch-meat is great
When I was training with Aussie dudes they told me about how they would stuff McDonald cheese burgers inside a spent at4 tube and store them for field ops. GAME CHANGER.
Tactical Skittles in a empty AR mag. Gum or Water flavor packets in the pistol grip
@@Saanonymous80 nah you just use a grenade or flashbang pouch for that
That FSB drip tho. My mans even got the reflectorized patch they use.
When you knew some of them DO make real deal part, you will not be that suprise 😏🤫
@devil5cry I’m very confused with your comment I have no idea what your saying at all !
@@matthewjordan8452 GBBr is the closest thing for whoever have problems get a "real" one IRL
That speech you gave reminded me of World in Conflict.
It's almost a TRAINING EVENT
....so yea, it's Gona suck if you take it seriously & do it right. But you will learn good lessons!
Better sweating in training, than bleeding for real...
I want to do this now!!! First time seeing it on this scale and man it looks awesome. This for sure can translate to good training if you take it seriously in my opinion. Great video man.
One thing you forgot (or didn't know) about being a Lieutenant: you have to get lost. Constantly.
Are you sure you've never been an LT? You're pulling strong West Pointer vibes amigo. Might have missed your true calling! Thanks for the fun content
Never tried it,seems kinda fun and a good way to train. Some of that airsoft shit like the mortars are really cool. Can you feel hits through a lot of that gear?
When they hit your gear then no, you hear them though. If you get hit on arms, legs or wherever then mostly yes.
this molchat doma cover is GOLD
I mean, an Experienced NCO helping the idiot new LT is pretty normal lol
"Ahh comrade, I'm hurt... im hurt comrade.. ahhhh
Oh i feel a lot better"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Looking at the chapters, I for one cannot wait to see the 9 minute ad-read.
Ladies and gentlemen, we got em
Ahh, yes comrades, the talking balaclava strikes again...airsoft style
This is a great video. I was Platoon Leader over on NATO and I learned a ton my first MSW event also. Thank you for sharing this video and keeping it fun. Because that is what Airsoft is all about.
Airsoft quickly weeds out those men who cannot fight war.
Airsoft has given me so many hours in my kit in a fighting environment that I can’t replicate at the range or at home. Needless to say my kit has drastically evolved. Also going to big events allows you to really test you comms at distance and under pressure. Comms are the thing I see most people including myself mess up.
I think you would have had a lot more fun with a GBB
@Black Panther Depends.
ViperTech with a Winter spring could still be fun
@Black Panther VT has an improved design since I think 2019/20 and with a weaker spring should be possible
@Black Panther
get a HPA part then
As AR as a support type of guy
An AK with HPA part
With a "Drum" is the best of everything IMO
Is it a bad time to tell you I lost my night vision. 😂
Has 40k gpnvg 😟🤑🤑
I think its cool guns guys are getting into airsoft, I'm the reverse I've spent all my teens and early 20s running and gunning like a dork I must spend all my time and resources on ammo and real training but it's still good cardio at the end of the day
Real guns are dumb, can't smoke your friends
1:30 Banger of a tune
The music at 1:30 lmao
XS sight user here I actually really enjoy them, definitely more than ameriglo in my opinion. Cool seeing them as a sponsor! If you don't wanna spend trijicon HD money get these
Yeah ebbs are known to be unreliable, should have gotten a gbbr if you want recoil, or regular aeg if you want reliability
I love the first section of the video I keep coming back every month or so
I'm suprised they allowed a MP5 on rusfor
Battlefield pickup😉
Electric blowbacks are known to tear themselves apart, avoid electric blowback. LCT has great external quality, though they leave much to be desired internally
