Yeah, they were all like there own little goodbyes to the role. Just said more dramatic. The Doctor is such an iconic role, that we still haven't said goodbye to but it would be sad for the actors who played The Doctor didn't get to say a goodbye to the fans. Except everything does all happen at once. The past, present, and future are always happening at the same time forever. We only think time passes after the other, 1 second, 2 seconds, 3 seconds, etc etc because thats how our brain perceives time. But it's actually happening all at once.
I'm sorry but I loved every single doctor I have watched 9, 10, 11, War, Dream and 12. I've watch 4 episodes and I think it's the worse interpretation crossover combination of Dr Who, Black Mirror and Star Trek I have ever experienced. It's awful...
All the doctors taught and retaught 1 very important lesson to me ... Many people believe the worst day of theirs lives will be their last day. No my friend, you have already had the worst days of your life. It happened everytime someone you loved said goodbye. Everytime a friend or loved one walked through that door and left us behind to pick up the pieces. Change even the sad kind is unavoidable. But it's part of who we are, what makes us if u will. Change happens on its own,you don't even have to help it along. All we need to do is remember. Remember the joys of life, the saddness. And most of all remember who we were even though we have changed. If we can just hold onto that then we never really changed at all.... I will always remember when they were the doctor.😢
Reality Genre Studios thank you great video it brought to mind not only memories of the Doctors. But also all the times change has affected me both good and bad. And reminded me how I wouldn't trade that change for anything. I wouldn't be who I am without it. Keep up the good work, like Gandalf said"Not all tears are evil" These my friend are good tears. The Doctors and all our friends and family are always with us. But "I think I am ready for another adventure" ☺
You know, I just noticed that Matt's transition to capaldi was the smoothest of the nine to thirteen set. The manifestation of artron (regeneration) energy at least partially lines up with the doctors feelings about the coming regeneration and their health. Matt was, in my opinion, the most chill about it, the most accepting, so when coupled with a completely rejuvenated form and him channeling off any extra artron energy, it was incredibly chill.
"We all change, when you think about it, we're all different people all through our lives, and that's ok, that's good you gotta keep moving, so as long as you remember all the people you used to be. I will not forget one line of this."

All the cells in our bodies die and change roughly every seven years (except for a bit of brain matter). The body you had 10 years ago is dead, yet here you are. Change is good, and ongoing. Death is a bit of an illusion. Great video.
Death is very real I'm afraid. Being dead is not so bad it's like before you were born. Death is a process that varies depending on the cause. The heart stops beating, the brain receives less oxygen, degeneration of brain tissue due to lack of oxygen follows and consciousness stops. Soon all the electrical impulses within the brain and body stop working and your lungs and heart stop working. You are now clinically dead. Everything you were no longer resides with you but everyone who remembers you. That's what many great Eastern philosophers meant by "death is an illusion". Because somehow, somewhere, someone knew you existed and cared about you.
Actually, even the brains cells are replaced. Just it takes a lot longer(this way memories can be retaught to surrounding neurons, although memories do fade over time with this process, imagine a microscopic version of the telephone game). This replacement is partially why the older a memory is, the harder it is to remember.

I was lying in my bed and thought up a theory (after watching this video) every time you experience something, you die, and a version of you that reacts slightly differently to what you experienced walks away. This gets more noticeably over the years. Let me know what you guys think!
Every thing we face in our lives makes us change alittle but it’s how we deal with it that’s makes us change a little so found the right thing s that make you. Become the perfect version of your self that you can be
Sounds good, but you phrased it kind of strangely. I understand what you meant though and it is true. We are a product of our years and experiences. I am five years old, but also six years old. I am eighteen years old and I am twenty two years old as much as I am twenty three. It is the experiences that shape us. "A version of you that reacts slightly differently to what you experienced walks away." Though I still have to point out, this sounds weird. Are you saying there is another version of us as in a multi dimensional theory? Maybe it would be better to say that every time you experience something, the old you dies and another version of you -that reacts slightly differently to what you experienced walks away- with added knowledge and experience walks away.

Matt Smith's regeneration will forever be the most heartbreaking...I really think the Doctor enjoyed being 11 and like 10 simply didn't want to go...but unlike 10 who wanted to resist 11 knew it was time to go
_Very little can bring me to tears anymore. As if my heart has grown cold and hard to the sorrow one feels when they cry. But this, this did it. It brought tears I didn’t expect, held power that most else does not. I’d forgotten the brilliance and power this show had. But I’m glad I can find out again._
Out of ALL the fan Doctor Who videos, this one here seems to sum up exactly what the Doctor must go through every time. Memories of past regenerations, how he felt at the moment he realized he was going to die and a new Doctor came. For some of them you can tell it's not exactly what they expect. Or what they want.
This video helped me thru my darkest of 2017 - 2018 ive lost people loved ones been used for my kindness been betrayed by friends family Fiancée was literally trying to end it all and no intentions of coming back and I found this show called Doctor Who was imitately interested then I looked up Doctor Who on UA-cam then seen this video it saved me and i could never thank you enough 😢😢😢
" One day I shall come back. Yes, I shall come back. Until then there must be no regrets, no tears, no anxieties. " I really love that line for some odd reason.
Theres always a cycle you go through with new doctors but in the end it always ends in tears.. The first doctor I watched and loved was 11,the day he regenerated I couldnt stop crying-I was 7-I remember thinking it was so cruel that the doctor would walk away a new man but with the memories of the one I grew up with.
Growing up I was always afraid of “death of the self”. The idea that if I grew up, and changed, I wouldn’t be me anymore. That the version of myself in that moment would die, and someone else would go on living my life. Meanwhile everything I used to be would disappear. Doctor Who has helped me with that fear. By teaching me that it’s okay to change, “we are all different people, all through out our lives. But that’s okay, you have to keep going. So long as you remember all the people that used to be”
His past self would try to kill the future self if he's gotten on the wrong path , remember how angry the 10th was on 11th when he thought that he stopped carrying about all those they killed in the war?. One of the best characters ever created along with King Ragnar .
r u dumb? it's not showing doctor who it has a deeper meaning get it through your head. It's supposed to talk to us (the viewer) about how change affects our life... and yes i am a triggered child.
I can’t help but cry knowing that the doctors I grew up with are gone forever I cried with them laughed with them and smiled with them but most of all I loved with them ever moment of every episode I wouldn’t change a thing because with the end of my doctors comes the end of me and like them I’m born a new maybe not a better one maybe not a funny or smart one but I’ll have to stick around and see what that new me is like and no matter how bad it gets I can count on the hopes of the old me to keep me on the right path
I've watched Doctor Who since 2005 when I was 4 years old and I am 21 now and I still cry when David and Matt Regenerate 😭 I will always and forever love Doctor Who because its not just my childhood it's my dads as well and I am so glad that I got to enjoy all the old Doctor Who's before Christopher Eccleston 💕
There's a reason Matt Smith's regeneration is the one that hits me the hardest. I think Tennants is better yes, I think Capaldi was the best doctor yes however, Matt Smith's regeneration is the one I can truly relate to. Throughout my life I have had different eras. I've been very different people throughout them but all of them have made me who I am today. "I will always remember when the doctor was me"
I atilll think that the qoute *we all Change and that okay we got to keep moving* will always hit me the hardest of them all, even after all this time and with so many new doctor that have taken the stage after mat smith, after faced depression and being alone for a long time i just feel this more and more as i grow up, we all Change for the better but its also good to remember where you came from and where you stood before from where you are know ❤❤❤❤❤
one of the greatest videos I've ever seen. And I love the Day of the Doctor, when they brought together every doctor there's ever been. And one of the best things will always be David Tennant's, "I don't want to go."
I recently realized something: The 11th Doctor is underrated. Sandwiched between David Tennant and Peter Capaldi... He really was a great Doctor. They all were.
Even if you were fantastic and you don’t want to go, everyone changes if you think about it... but if you remember love is wise and to never eat pears everything will be fine.
1:28 "it all just disappears, doesn't it; everything you are, gone in a moment, like breath on a mirror" he very nearly quoted that blade runner scene again
I dont wanna go, but times change and so must i, one day i shall comes back, but not like this, it all dissapears all in a moment, but its not fair, everything i am dies some new man goes saunterin away, we all change if you think about it but thats good as long as you remember all the people you used to be, i will always remember when the doctor was me.
Excellent vid. All your Doctor Who edits are great at conveying emotion (caught this one, hooked me in, watched them all and subbed) If you are ever looking for an idea or a challenge, why not try doing the Doctor's opposite... The Master? Just a thought. I Would like to see your take on it and i am sure there are others too! Keep it up :-)
I love Capaldi’s Speech during his regeneration into Jodie Whitaker, but Matt Smith’s final scene and speech to Clara before he regenerates into Capaldi brings me to tears. It’s amazing and then it gets cut to a funny moment which felt so abrupt and weird that I like it even more to stop making me sad
I love all these Dr Who emotional videos because they are more emotional than any other fan videos. The character has been through so much that it’s heartbreaking to see a character so brilliant and weird show these feelings, well done to each and every actor who played him
Matt Smith’s is just an amazingly inspirational speech about moving on but not letting go even without the context of the show

Also the fact that that it was old age and wear that was being healed rather than absorbing the time vortex or a dalek blast
And the main energy was dispersed when he regenerated on the clocktower (destroying the daleks and the top half of the clocktower)
"I wore a veil as he wore a face, for the same reason. To be accepted." that hits me on a different level.

I was lying in my bed and thought up a theory (after watching this video) every time you experience something, you die, and a version of you that reacts slightly differently to what you experienced walks away. This gets more noticeably over the years. Let me know what you guys think!
Emerald Wolf yeah that makes sense
if this is true is explains a lot for me I've gone from happy jolly person to more of a grouch and tired of life
how much weed you smoke?
10: "I don't wanna go..."
My mum: "Aww bless him!" *Mum starts crying*
6 people liked it so much that they turned their screens around and liked it again

@@elijahredacted8196 now mad woman... Who isn't bad but... She needs a speech
for years i have watched this one video, the first time i watched it my grandmother had just died, i was trying to deny the fact i was scared and sad. This video gave me comfort, it will always comfort me, this video helped me
I am not a doctor, I am the doctor!
the original, you might say!
MRM0NSTER godammit Junior what the hell is wrong with you!
It never says first
Trunks234 idk
You are a doctor, I am The Doctor! The genuine article you might say!
Its "the definite article you might say"
0:53 the most heart hitting words. "one day, i should come back, until then there should be, no regrets, no tears and no anxieties"
Which regeneration do you guys think was sadder to see?
Comment - David Tennant
Like - Matt Smith
You can’t ask that, both were sad.
I was sad for both. But sadder for Tennant
Both
Both
Both , because I liked this and here is my comment
This video helped me thru my darkest of 2017 - 2018 ive lost people loved ones been used for my kindness been betrayed by friends family Fiancée was literally trying to end it all and no intentions of coming back and I found this show called Doctor Who was imitately interested then I looked up Doctor Who on UA-cam then seen this video it saved me and i could never thank you enough 😢😢😢
" One day I shall come back. Yes, I shall come back. Until then there must be no regrets, no tears, no anxieties. " I really love that line for some odd reason.
"Change, I feel it. Yes, I will regenerate."
"Yes, I will regenerate."
"Our future is in safe hands."
The regenerations are always the most powerful and emotional parts of the show. I cried on Matt’s regeneration. He was so accepting and 😞.
I now listen to this every day I walk to school! The music and the quotes are just amazing! THANK YOU!!!
CRMi that's just unbelievable 😂 people like you are the reason this video just hit 100k
"You were fantastic, and you know what? So was I!" Oh Eccleston.
"You were fantastic... not one day. I swear." Damnit that sounds so funny. But still great video.
This is such a beautiful video on what regeneration is, how the Doctor lives on but our own personal doctor dies. Powerful stuff!
A perfect capture of their last moments! it's beautiful. good job and I'm excited for the next one :)
dwanime can't wait for you to see it
You made me cry, you've done your job.
Love the use of Classic stuff, good job.
David Nagel thank you
Whats the full track name by the way?
David Nagel it's the track Tessa from the Transformers: Age of Extinction soundtrack.
Adam Parton Well then at least now we know something good came out of that movie
I cry at every regeneration wow I just love them so much 🥲🥲 David Tennant and Matt Smith’s ending words kills me the most 🥲❤️
This music gets me every time, so melancholy. But Matt Smith's speech, now that: that is so sad and yet so so meaningful
Can we just all agree to forget the Jodie Whittaker bits and go back to this epicness?
Four or five viewings of this magnificent video and I fail to grow tired of it. Maybe after another thousand views or so.
Archons the valeyard
The Master did kill themselve twice because the oldest one wanted to side with the Doctor in series 10 final.
Matt Smiths speech about change honestly helps me a lot during hard times.
Wow beautiful. honestly great job!!
GrayzeTV thank you I like your work as well
GrayzeTV s
GrayzeTV its good but it would be better is you named it docter who l regenerations
r u dumb? it's not showing doctor who it has a deeper meaning get it through your head. It's supposed to talk to us (the viewer) about how change affects our life... and yes i am a triggered child.
This is by far my favorite Doctor Who edit. Always come back to it
"You were fantastic.. and you know what? So was I."
"I don't wan't to go"
"I will always remember when the Doctor was me."
I still come back to this 4 years on since discovering this, work of art.
"I will always remember when the doctor was me"
Matt Smith and David Tennant's regeneration killed me. It was one of the saddest moments on TV ever. Fantastic acting from the both of them.
Is no one gonna mention that 9th and 10th Doctor regeneration they stood in the same place?
I atilll think that the qoute *we all Change and that okay we got to keep moving* will always hit me the hardest of them all, even after all this time and with so many new doctor that have taken the stage after mat smith, after faced depression and being alone for a long time i just feel this more and more as i grow up, we all Change for the better but its also good to remember where you came from and where you stood before from where you are know ❤❤❤❤❤
If you ever update it, I bet Capaldi will be fantastic!
one of the greatest videos I've ever seen. And I love the Day of the Doctor, when they brought together every doctor there's ever been. And one of the best things will always be David Tennant's, "I don't want to go."
3:01 stoned doctor is best doctor 😂😂
"I don't wanna go" and " I will always remember, when the doctor was me" are my favorites phrases.
Been watching a load of these recently, and it brings back old lost feelings
come to this video when i’m down , kinda helps for a while
I recently realized something: The 11th Doctor is underrated. Sandwiched between David Tennant and Peter Capaldi...
He really was a great Doctor. They all were.
matt smith genius!
this game with eyes, it is directly written in them, very old and very sad, under the guise of fun and carelessness
He have many faces and many lifes, but his name will always be remember
you should update this with the ending of last night's episode, it fits perfectly
No matter how many faces that The Doctor has, he will always be kind no matter what.
Even if you were fantastic and you don’t want to go, everyone changes if you think about it... but if you remember love is wise and to never eat pears everything will be fine.
The music and these scenes proper hit hard and are so emotional
I will Always remember When the doctor Was me... 😢
1:28 "it all just disappears, doesn't it; everything you are, gone in a moment, like breath on a mirror"
he very nearly quoted that blade runner scene again
Sad,but beautiful!
Kimberley2623 thank you kinda what I was going for
I love the shot at 3:18. It's as if they'll always be waiting for us to return for one more adventure like back in our childhoods.
Change my dear .... and not a moment too soon 😁 good ol sixer
The song in the background is beautiful.
When doctor who was amazing (for me). I miss these vibes.
His first hello, is also his last good by. 😭
This is beautiful, rip troughton
Pertwee
Hartnell
Excellent vid. All your Doctor Who edits are great at conveying emotion (caught this one, hooked me in, watched them all and subbed)
If you are ever looking for an idea or a challenge, why not try doing the Doctor's opposite... The Master?
Just a thought. I Would like to see your take on it and i am sure there are others too! Keep it up :-)
George Wood Comedy Hypnotist I have been meaning to explore that possibility
That's great! Will keep an eye out for it popping up at somepoint in the future.
Goodbye doctor your song but always live on
david macias TRUTH😂😂
I love all these Dr Who emotional videos because they are more emotional than any other fan videos. The character has been through so much that it’s heartbreaking to see a character so brilliant and weird show these feelings, well done to each and every actor who played him
