Actually, to find the equation of tangent on an ellipse at a point(x1,y1), you can just write the equation of the ellipse replacing the x^2 term with x*x1 and the y^2 term with (y*y1), just a shortcut, although this the the proper method to do it

I actually got y=(root 3/2)x+4 as a tangent line equation.
