    Believe it or not... my cheap ass CyberPower power supply had a tighter 12 volt rail then my EVGA 750 GL did... and good lord man... don't you know what an anti static band is for? NEVER clean your bare electronics with a rag.

      I had one explode next to my face once so I cant trust cheap power supplys from unknown brands or unbranded units anymore (wish I recorded it though haha) I know what an antistatic wrist band is but since I don't have one, grounding myself on the case or power supply regularly which I did, does the trick.
