Best solution I've heard for SA people thus far.. but..yes but.. we need to ban rascism in our lands.. shouldn't be talking left or right.. should be talking bantu African views.. if your rascist, take that land without compensation.. I doubt they will give you their expertise tho! Just create your own programs. Be careful they go all the way to not leave that land fertile, poison waters etc..

Im 28 years old right. And I didn't go and study I was going to but I decided to take a gap year or two in that time I figured out what I like and I started a very good and flourishing business. We need to normalise gap year and funding for small businesses needs to be streamlined, I would love to get funding to grow the business and employ more young people but getting through YDF is a nightmare.
Oh and Hellenzumen foundation is going to be the end of SA.

I have been unemployed for almost 3 now. One of the reasons I get rejected by recruiters is that my CV has various roles that are in different paths. I am a BCom Marketing graduate but never worked in the Marketing Department. Recruiters will reject you on the basis of lack of experience and downplay the fact that I can be easily taught new skills per job
And to think that is the reality of some many other unemployed graduates...
This was such an amazing episode. Zimasa is such an intellectual guy ! He definitely should come back !!

This is a great podcast.....I agree with how the Land issue should be rolled out. HS foundation is good but its now been a thorn on our side.

@mooshtaffa the thing you said about creating a generation that will learn for free and maybe that maybe the least white people can do ... i agree and it would not even about the past but it will show patriotism that they lack I believe.
i thought of this also via MK saying all kids after matric should go to army and learn discipline and being patriotic for a year ... i think this should be law that applies to every 18 year old black, white, coloured and Indians ... all of us. The generation that will come from there will be the rainbow nation that we should. They will fight for this country against everyone black or white who does not look out for the growth of our country.... they will learn to face each other without the statuses of being rich or poor but come out being South African. I THINK WE NEED THIS AS MZANSI.
and once you in the army that's where you learn for free and everyone money goes there for the better of rainbow South Africa.
I go to villages all over this country people get the la d for nothing no one pays rates and taxes. Most villages well all in KZN don't pay for electricity. But you think 2hite business should pay the Government got everything whites built in government and it been destroyed, learn to manage what you have before wanting whates to pay again
