Chefs compete for a life-changing $250,000 grand prize and the title of “Next Level Chef.”

I did the same thing. I fell in love with cooking because my grandmama and I cooked together, and it was so much fun. I never became a chef but I did cook a lot. Don’t you dare beat yourself up for that.

It's not paella unless the bottom is burnt and crispy. Big difference from risotto.
Yep, the rice at the bottom of the paella is called socarrat. It’s considered to be the delicacy in paella. Where it’s scraped from the bottom and added to the top.
People are the worst! Why they want to hate on people putting themselves out there with their passions and talents? I find that infuriating.
