When I feel overwhelmed I create. So, I decided to create this for you. When you feel overwhelmed, When you feel like giving up you have something to help your spirit find some peace. I want you to know that you're not alone in how you feel. I'm here with you. And when you inevitably have another bad week I'll be right here. You can always come back to this. I've always been tired but not like this...I feel I've reached a breaking point. I've cried more than I ever have...my heart hurts...my soul hurts. Thank you for inserting a bit of peace in this chaos.

I come here every now and then after a bad panic attack , and this video is just so... _loving,_ and safe, and serene. It's like finding a dark, cool closet after being in the loud chatter of crowds all day, shutting the door, and hearing it all muted away. I've cried a few times listening to this. You'll be here for me? Those are such profoundly powerful words. Simple, but my guard just crumbles the minute she speaks.

Thank you for this, I finally got that cry out from all the tension that has been building up all week. From putting on a strong face for my friends and family, being on a natural high from having an amazing and relaxing birthday last Tuesday to spiraling down the remainder of the week to the lowest feelings because of uncertainty and no sense of security anywhere. I thought I had gained some footing dealing with it all but, to be frank, I'm back on my ass wanting to get up again. I fear for my family, friends, and community and just want to let those feelings go.

Tired af, over 6 weeks clean, just got into a relationship, and am trying to maintain that relationship and my sobriety with over six weeks clean, while also trying to convince my mom that letting me join the military will be a good thing at the end of this year, despite her hard objections. While I might be coming out with a more positive story than most people here I’m still exhausted from all the constant tests to my mental strength, and I needed this video. Thank you.

Slavy Ahh, nice! I felt the same way before. Like most people, I’m still on my path, but I remember when I first started seeing the light that I’m going towards. Yes, follow that light! We will all end up in the same place, so I can see you at the destination when we get there 👌🏼🔥
If you can take it the military is an amazing way to get on your feet. If you are tough enough to get through it all, you will leave with so much will power and focus that most other things in civilian life will seem easy by comparison. Anyways what I'm trying to say is the military is a good choice to straighten up.

Checkpoint: I woke up from the first full night sleep I've had in a while. I made my bed, went for a walk, drank some water, and opened my windows. I sat down to do some work, which I usually keep a youtube video on playing in the background, and I found this. I heard you start on about the hard week and I was caught unaware. I listened and watched intently on what you spoke on, and noticed eventually I started crying. There's stress, and then there's DEEP stress that we don't even know is there half the time. I go about my days with a clenched stomach and racing sub-thoughts I choose to ignore to make it through. You brought that to surface for me. Even if it disappears in the next 10 minutes, I got to see that side. Thank you. Thank you so much.
