On Living with Uncertainty // It's okay to not have an answer.

Something I’ve been working through lately is this feeling of uncertainty and actively living with it. I’ve taken and documented a lot of risks over the past few years and they’re all catching up with me a little bit. I work for myself, and with that comes an absurd amount of uncertainty. Will my company even still be here this time next year? I can’t speak to what the future holds, the beauty of life is that it’s constantly changing and throwing you curveballs. I’ve said before, life doesn’t pause for laughter. In the weight of uncertainty, you can just want to break down and stop but that’s the thing about life -- even if you stop, it will keep going without you. What helps me to keep going in this years-long phase of uncertainty that I seem to find myself in is a simple phrase: I don’t know. #digitalstoryteller #Texas
