Fun fact: You can make a force saber in the Jedi games using the default hilt, painted black with the indigo blade I have actually done it before it looks pretty cool

I never knew of the Force Hounds before until this video, the Hounds seem to be incredibly powerful and have such an interesting storyline
I've always theorized that when lightsaber blades are stronger (since it seems to vary), it's because the wielder is adding extra force energy into its cutting ability.
I love sith lords they are so cool and so interesting i really hope to see a few of them in Acolyte series

I prefer to use ‘Je-Daii Bendu’ over just ‘Je-daii Order’.
For one, it makes to clearer that the group was just what the Jedi Order used to called before the dialect shifted. And for two, it is closer to what the Jedi were originally called in the early drafts of the original movie.
The Dai Bendu were one of the groups that became part of the Je'Daii Order, but they weren't the entire order.
@@LontEnCaras yeah. The precursor to the Jedi Order, took aspects of their philosophy from the Dai Bendu, when developing their own.
I just think that Je-daii, sounds too much like Jedi. Like when to two people were educated and/or grew up in a different region, so even though the both speak the same language, their dialect is off enough that the one will have an distinct accent to the other.

Since we are talking about a proto-Jedi Order which incorporated the Bendu’s tenets, I just merged the two.
Jedi Bendu (the original name).
And then replace Jedi, with the name of the Legends proto-Jedi Order.
Je-daii Bendu. Only, the pronounciation would be different.

Eventually, they dropped the Bendu philosophy of being between the Light and the Dark. The Jeh Day was simplified into Jedi. Though some still mispronounce it.

if you played swg...dark side acolulytes and such were literally the weakest force users in the game...died in 2 hits...

can't generalize how powerful individual cults are. It usually depends on how powerful the writers want them to be. Doesn't matter if it's a game, a book, a movie or a comic.

What happened to the force sabers after the 1st Force Wars? I find weird they haven’t shown up as dark side artifacts in later eras
They should have tapped into force hounds and ancient dark Jedi instead of bringing back Palpatine. there's a ton of dark siders that could have been in stasis or Carbonite or anywhere and brought back
Or just adapted any number of Legends stories following the defeat of the Empire. Or used the Old Republic and done the Revan saga. But nope, instead we get Dark Empire - budget edition.

Your right, but it was called the force saber. Most of the stuff from this video is from those books.

No, not really. The cells, or batteries of the lightsaber, would recharge naturally.

In one of the older books mace windus powercell was depleted at some point and he couldn't use his lightsaber for a while.

They submit to rakatans who couldn't conquer corriban's sith, who them self bowed b4 only 5 dark jedi - that's not a cult only a lil' higher valued slave, like gladiators in ancient rome.
Seriously when the sith at the arrival of the exiled jedi were so much weaker that they viewed them like demigods for skills they also just began to train while sith had natural affinity for the darkside n were using it n learning 10s of 1000s of years... How weak n also how stupid must they've been.
They fought back rakata which has to b at least 15000bby perhaps way earlier even so no matter the sith's later progress, with that much time it is certain that they knew a lot less back then.
If that still was enough to fend of the guys who conqered everything else, then these conquerers seem to b pussies. As darksiders, it is also quite sure they wouldn't have allowed their slave pet to grow powerful enough to even get close enough to rival their masters.
But i believe anyway that the sith b4 the order weren't really as advanced in cultivating their true potential but actually were mostly artificially boosted mostly thx to amulets n sourcery that let them do stuff like absorbing the power of killed opponents.
It's the only way 4 this era in sw to make any sense. Otherwise the sith species truly would have been one of the stupidest species in the galaxy.
I mean.. the sith did get extinct. But then again, so did the Rakata.

It took only 5 humans n their training to get the sith literally handed.
The other i mean, the mandos, started as a species that was driven off world by humans n by associating no longer defined geneticly but by culture, the species again disappeared n the culture is mostly made of humans.
The question is not how we weren't extinct but how there is anything else left.

The sith even had a 2nd example with the purebloods lasting barely at all.

they had a natural affinity for the dark side. Then again.. maybe they had dark side degradation and we simply don't really notice it, because they look so alien to us.
