My favourite among these is definitely Chill Out just because I love ice spells. And as a DM I would definitely allow it. You're still holding concentration and at that level you could have wall of force possibly hindering more enemies, so I won't be the one hindering your fun sending 4 creatures into time out to cool down from the heat of battle. It sounds awesome
I'm glad someone else enjoys ice spells as much as me! Fire gets wayyy too much credit, I personally prefer ice spell and think D&D is missing such an opportunity with the severe lack of them!
If you use something like Tasha`s Hideous Laughter first, then cast Watery Sphere, your target starts suffocating right away. Freezing Sphere just keeps them trapped inside until they die.

@@ThisCrits Sentinel gives you an opportunity attack if they attack one of the duplicates from Mirror Image(its a target that's not you), and also drops their speed to zero. This works really well for Swords Bards, Hexblade Warlocks, and Bladesinger Wizards.
