Not fond of flame strike. I was surprised you didnt include the commonly banned spell planar binding. I personally prefer summon celestial as it can be a build around spell and perform a variety of functions. Its large enough to do grapple + shove for control. Its a summon so it contributes to dmg. It can also pre-combat buff all allies with temp hp if you pick the melee celestial. Then it can also heal 1/per casting for emergencies. Its a great, versatile spell.
You can only cast 1 leveled spell per turn. You can cast a bonus action leveled spell with an action cantrip or use something like a quickened spell metamagic and cast a cantrip as well.
Bane is great, but I have only had one player use it, a Paladin of Vengeance who used it very effectively. Aid simply doesn’t get the love it deserves. Spiritual Weapon is definitely a must have. Mass Healing Word = Broken. Spirit Guardians only gets used defensively and honestly it is a great offensive weapon when used properly and if you upcast it…..whoa!

Again, regarding mass healing word. You cannot cast anther spell, even though it’s a bonus action. You cannot cast a leveled spell. Rules are very clear on that
You can't cast another leveled spell BECAUSE mass healing word is a bonus action. With action surge or similar, you can cast more than one leveled spell per turn, so long as those spells are cast as actions.

You should have done 15 spells ,5 for the gish style, 5 for blaster, 5 for support. Great video btw. Next video should be top spells for a gish
Hahaha I normally do 5 per video and struggled to fit 10 into my normal video! But I will definitley put that on my list!
About bonus action spells:
You can inly cast 1 spell a turn, doesnt mattet if you used main or bonus action

Beacon of hope is underrated IMO. Just cast it and everyone chugging potions.
I love beacon of hope but it is 3rd levl which makes it a realllllly difficult choice just to pick 1 spell lol

Im super surprised at the lack of people picking up Bane and just how underrated Aid actually is!
My favorite character was a death domain cleric named Gary. Bane was always prepared lol

I think that you should have included cantrips as honorable mentions!! Examples would include Guidance and Toll The Dead!!
