This has been by far my favorite episode and got me so pumped. On your question as to why only Loki wasn't "spaghetti-fied" immediately, I wonder if it was because he was out of place all this time due to the nexus event that he created when he stole the cube containing the stone thereby confusing the timeline... hence the time-slipping. I'm excited to see what happens next. Also, it seems most people missed the Easter egg at the very end of the credits before the Marvel Logo pops up. I was so into the music of the end credits and was surprised by Brad's voice.
I watched through the end and didn't see it. I guess I blinked at the wrong time.

@@AnnaAlexanderAuthorI think the time slipping is a loop unto itself. Loki is not erased because he was extracted from the loom, so he's basically become like one of the components that make up raw time hence the time slipping, but since this all is existing outside of time, it's like a loop, henceforth, he's time slipping because he was taken out of time and extracted from the loom, and he was taken out of time and extracted from the loom because he was time slipping, and vice versa, etc. He's basically part of the loom and part of time, which makes him like a fixed point of sorts and hence he can't be destroyed.
Sylvie retained her memories because when the Loom exploded, she just used her TemPad to jump back to the branched reality where she had started building a life and left the others to get reset, pretty much just what she did toward the end of this episode when she had to bail on that reality at the last second as well.
To answer a few of your questions (not that I'm an expert lol) But, the time in the TVA stands still. Every other timeline flows around it and they use it to jump to any timeline and ANY point in time. All the characters are from different branch points shown in this episode. So theoretically they have been at the TVA for hundreds of years stood still in time. Different variations of their timelines have started and ended countless times depending on different situations. Sylvie, has been living on her chosen timeline for a while and created a life after Season 1. We just haven't seen it. The time stuff is the most challenging thing to wrap your head around and goes over a lot of people's heads.

They were returned to their original branched timelines that they were taken from. That’s the Fail-safe mode. Loki is either outside of time so it doesn’t affect him, or he time-slipped as the event horizon approached without realizing it so he wasn’t returned.
Sylvie likely used her tenpad before the event horizon swept through and was like, “peace out”.
I suspect that Loki didn't get reset because he was "pruned" from all timelines back in episode 1.
"wife is long gone" - in 2021, that was pre-Blip, so it means she might have been snapped. And B-15 was from 2012 NYC, when the Chitauri attacked. (I wonder if she was killed in the attack during the sacred timeline).
The others were all sent back to branched timelines, possible the ones they were originally recruited from.
The sad thing is Loki *had* a friend group - he was comrade to his brother, to Sif, to the Warriors Three. He just wasn't ready.

So, remember at the start of the season, they split Loki out of the timelines altogether in an effort to stop his time slipping, so this Loki doesn't HAVE a place on the timeline anymore.
LOVED this episode! So much good character stuff, and that scene in the record store was a thing of beauty. And yeah, agreed - this is a very different Loki than we've seen, but I do think there's some genuine friendship and affection between Loki & Mobius and Loki & Sylvie that he never really had with the Asgardians he grew up with.
*Anna* I'm of the mind that if Loki succeeds, does this mean that he starts the TVA? I'm here just to see your reaction, and figure things out with you.

Probably best that you didn't do shots for the hair flips. This episode would've had you hammered fairly quickly.
No it is more bad than infinity war it’s just that Loki is able to reverse time to stop it from Happening
