Now I finally know how to fold the oven paper for the baking tin, thank you very much!
This looks really good. Thank you for taking the time to develop this recipe!
😲 wow 😊❤
Quiet, no bullshit and very well explained. Thank you.
Not well explained. He didn't mention when to have the rice batter proofed and done, which is a very important step
Wow that looks so amazing 👌👌❤️❤️😋😋
Looks good! Thank you so much for making gluten free recipes!
Amazing! I will try it! Thank you for the recipe. I only would like kindly ask you to reuse the water where you rinse the rice, for soaking dishes or for your garden or street plants. There are many places in this world, including big cities that have severe water shortage problems 🙏
What kind of rice is this? Is it sticky rice?
Could it use any brand of rice flour?
What rice can I use?im from India ❤
is the texture like pound cake???
I dont get it ,it does not work for me, its comes out always hard as a rock
Tens que deixar o arroz de molho por umas 8 horas antes.
Because it's fake like alot cooking tutorials and segments online snd TV. They swap out the end product to make seem so great when alot these people have no clue how to cook or bake.

You have to let the rice 8h in water minimum before😉.
They use Japanese rice.
@@dylano7242 No, this is not fake. Japanese rice bread is a common life thing; everyone involved with their culture knows it's like that. The issue is the rice. There are a lot of rice types with different physicochemical properties in this world, and their short-grain rice is commonly more sticky and chewy than long-grain rice; the most common rice type in the West that tends to be more dry and crumby when baked, is not glutinous like the Asian counterparts because of their protein content. Or imagine cooking risotto with long-grain rice. Obviously, it won't work, the same as with this bread. ¡RICE TYPE!
I saw some video using yeast
Do you let the rice soak very long ? How long ?
@@drakor661thanks for the help!
Overnight is best.
I will try this, but one question could it be water instead of milk?
?
no answer😂
Another commenter said yes. I have made regular wheat breads and milk is just a thing for taste and sometimes it makes the bread fluffier, but you can just use the same amount of water. I guess with this bread, where rice instead of wheat is used, the same would apply.
You didnt mention the proofing step, it's very important
How to make it dairy free?
Use plant based milk like almond, rice etc
Use water instead of milk. That is what I do. Works perfectly fine.
1c. Sopa de azeite
Bendiciones
Can I skip the milk? What should use alternative?
NOOO!!! Why you want to skip the good part?
@@ismailmuttaqien1203 cause lactose intolerance!
@@sayedaanika1292 oh ok sorry, idk maybe you can use soy milk
Just water around 240ml
@@SonoBroto-fu4fp ok thanks
It was not explained clearly what type of rice should be used and how long the rice should be left to soak in a water. It didnt work for me I waisted all my ingredients and time.
What a perfect bread for diabetes! You should have diabetes after eating just a few loaves.
Why add sugar it's gluten free
So uh. Gluten is found in Wheat, Barley and Rye. Sugar is not gluten..
And also sugar is in almost every single bread that's made in the world so I'm a little bit confused
El azúcar no tiene gluten. No veo el problema.
Because the yeast eat the sugar and produce carbon dioxide. That's how it rises. 🤦
Maybe use rice flour instead of grinding your own rice 😂
I'm going to make a video where I throw dried leaves and oats in a blender, add some urine, blend it up, pour it in a pan, and film myself putting it in the oven. Then I'll pull it out of the oven, buy a loaf of bread, put it in the pan. Put it back in the oven. And then film myself pulling it out and calling it the finished product.
Add cows urine for extra health benefits 😉😉
Following this will no give you anything but a un-edible brick.
