- A fun tutorial on decorating sugar cookies with Royal Icing. We are in the thick of cold and flu season, so this week we a making a get well cookie set that would make anyone feel better.
For this set the doctor ordered; a band-aid, a pill, a prescription bottle and a nurses hat.

Love love love your work! Can I ask why you sometimes put a squiggle of piping consistency before you flood?
I think it's to make a "puffy" look?
I was wondering the same thing...
I sometimes squiggle piping before I flood in an attempt to avoid cratering. I also dry them under a fan to try and prevent it. I normally have issues with smaller sections. It's really humid where I live.
