Toy Story Birthday Cookie Set

A fun tutorial on decorating sugar cookies with Royal Icing. My little girl recently celebrated her 2nd birthday. Although the party was much smaller than originally planned, it still included custom cookies made by Mom. Her favourite movie series at the moment is Toy Story. The series pretty much runs in constant succession in our home.

Your cookies are so cute! For your soft outline piping consistency is how many seconds? I know you mentioned 15 seconds consistency for flooding, but please share how many seconds for outlining.
