This is the very special thing about TGV and Federico's channel. They are much above just talking about the mechanical timepiece. I am really interested to hear the culture influence and art design and history of wristwatch.
I want to play I want to play! 1. Arnold: AP Roo or Hublot Big bang 48mm 2. Vinnie Jones: Rolex GMT Master ii BLNR with rubber strap (hes a sporty but tough guy... Just like the watch) 3. James Gandolfini: I agree with the Rolex president. Its perfect for him. 4. Michael Caine: Patek Calatrava 5. Corrupt minister: Vacheron Constantin Historiques. The dial is crooked... just like him.
Bach music intro, haircut, a taste for the art. TGV really looked like a H.Lecter brother. But now I see THE RED DRAGON PAINTING and I knoe for sure he is related to the aristo-serial killer ;)
You guys should make another watch channel where you two are the permanent hosts, cause these vids are way more enjoyable than the ones you guys do alone. !
Cool video, Federico. How about Football player's and watches that suit them? 1. Messi: Just any F. P. Journe. 2. Cristiano Ronaldo: Any Richard Mille Tourbillon. 3. Iniesta: Patek Calatrava White Gold. 4. Pirlo: Any Patek Chrono. 5. Giggs: JLC Reverso. List goes on... There's a few of us we love football also... Not a bad idea, man. Lovely content as usual!!!
Love how you started the video with, "Some shit..." Hahaha! For Arnold, the Governator, I would've gone with either a Hublot Big Bang (high end), or a Seiko Turtle (low end). Those seem to suit him, being big, tough (or seemingly tough) watches. In any case, great vid, you guys!!
When I had a nice run in with Arnold back in 2007 I really do not remember him wearing one, but at that time I was not into watches much like I am today! You two guys (also another youtuber) are the three people who got me into wear watches!
For the italian prime minister, i would say a Rolex Yacht-Master on gold, its waterproof, you can sell it quickly and it appeals "the ladies of the night..."
You guys bounce so well off of each other. Great to see the friendship as well as the love of watches. I was laughing along with you both throughout this!!! many thanks amd keep up the good work.
How about my recommendations for my two favorite celebrities: For Federico: Panerai PAM 525 Luminor Flyback Chrono Oro Rosso 2013 For Tristano: Vintage Tudor Royal Big Rose Gold Dress Watch on Colareb
You guys crack me up! Please keep these videos coming. As for a watch for Arnold, Rebellion T1000 or the newer T3000, not just because of the name connection! And as for Michael Caine, the status of a Breguet 7097 would do him justice!
I admit that I'm too new to the whole watch thing to call myself an enthusiast, but I wanna play anyway. I just picture Arnold wearing some kind of Casio G-Shock. Not any one specific model, but probably a whole collection of really big ones, loaded with as many complications as possible. I have one that I want to ask though: what do you think Clint Eastwood would wear?
Hmmmm, he would wear something vintage... gold... ..hmmm.... something the masses would have worn... ok, a gold pulsar digital. Next, something big.... maybe a stainless diver with a black dial and bezel, but I don't know what brand. Oops, this is an edit... a Rolex submariner.
Apparently im on a duke and tgv binge watching session .bless the english bank holiday .thanks gents grate fun .i hope you both are well and i look forward to watching any new team Anglo American Italian shenanigans .
Donald Trump: Panerai PAM 341 (has to be HUGE). Kevin Hart: Bugalri AL32A. Kevin has a vast watch collection. Bernie Sanders: Seiko Sarb 033 or Vostok Amphibia. What else would a socialist wear? Oprah: Chanel J12 Automatic H3404 Schwarzenegger: G-Shock Frogman GWF1000-1 Mr. Bean: vintage Seiko 5Y23 Mickey Mouse.
Do you know each other for a long time ! You have such a great chemistry! Always fun to watch you different topic. Always better when you're together, like the conversations!
Hi guys , your videos are going better and better everyday , i was laughing alone like an idiot by looking at your vlogs , i was like sitting in the room and discussing with you , i just enjoy ... keep pushing guys !!!!!! i send the same message to Tristano but i really have fun with your stuff: funny and informative in the same time !!!!!
For michael Cain the first watch that came to mind was a tudor date. For Arnold i thought a richard mille rm 009! something you can see through a bit like the terminator beneath the skin. love your channel and big up tgv the boss.
Great segment, although I think you got Silvio wrong. He would have a gaudy diamond-encrusted fashion house watch, say Gucci or Channel, in his pocket to lure in the young gold diggers. But I think he himself is probably rocking a Patek Reference 1527 Perpetual Calendar.
Gents - great video as usual. As far as Michael Cain goes (great actor) - check out Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon in The Trip - doing Cain impressions that will have you laughing your asses off.
Uh, I think a guy who who eventually made a point of wearing the simplest Indian homespun cloth would not wear a luxury Swiss watch. Perhaps a Timex? I'm not sure what Indian watch brands there are! The Dalai Lama -- now THERE'S a guy who has an impressive collection of luxury watches. I'm not joking -- he has a gold PP given to him by the OSI in 1945. He wears a gold Rolex President as his beater watch! EDIT: After Googling, I found out Gandhi's Zenith was a gift from Indira Gandhi. By the time he was the Mahatma, there's no way he would have chosen a luxury watch for himself: www.laphamsquarterly.org/roundtable/most-punctual-man-india
Yes, I agree on the Zenith -- not something he would have ever worn as Mahatma. It's funny you mention Timex, as that is what I was thinking myself. Either that or a simple Seiko. :-)
By the way, I read an article online how the Dalai Lama not only wears his impressive watch collection but is know to tinker and repair watches too! Getty images here: www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/the-dalai-lama-in-action-with-his-only-hobby-repairing-news-photo/453015402
The character Tony Soprano liked to keep a low profile. I don't know if he wore an all-gold Rolex watch with gold bracelet on the show but that wouldn't mesh well with his lifestyle. I'd like to think Tony (and yes I'm still thinking of the character) would be more of a Calatrava 5227 guy. Yup, it would fit perfectly in a shady Italian restaurant setting. :)
Say "my cocaine" out loud, and that is how Michael Cain pronounces his own name.
Haha!! You are spot on there
you killed me
Terribly enjoyable! Probably need to make this a regular series!
the reception has been very very positive...
EpicSnuggleBunny I couldn't agree more.
These two should bring it back
I come back to these Fed X TGV clips all the time. Miss the old days of the urban gentry!
LOVE the unedited video. The natural banter between you to is CLASSIC!
This is the very special thing about TGV and Federico's channel. They are much above just talking about the mechanical timepiece. I am really interested to hear the culture influence and art design and history of wristwatch.
Love when you guys work together, it seems like you're having fun it doesn't seem like I'm watching UA-cam it's more like a TV show
I want to play I want to play!
1. Arnold: AP Roo or Hublot Big bang 48mm
2. Vinnie Jones: Rolex GMT Master ii BLNR with rubber strap (hes a sporty but tough guy... Just like the watch)
3. James Gandolfini: I agree with the Rolex president. Its perfect for him.
4. Michael Caine: Patek Calatrava
5. Corrupt minister: Vacheron Constantin Historiques. The dial is crooked... just like him.
Totally agree about the big bang. I think a Bulgari diagono scuba would suit Vinnie Jones.
Trump: Gold Rolex Daydate.
Hillary: Cartier Tank.
Gary Johnson: Mickey Mouse watch.
Since Oysterquartz wasn't available until 1977 I'm quite sure it was a usual day-date in Get Carter. (Shot in 1970, released in 1971)
love it please do more unedited ones so natural and so much more engaging
your two should start a own show! great Featuring video!
Bach music intro, haircut, a taste for the art. TGV really looked like a H.Lecter brother. But now I see THE RED DRAGON PAINTING and I knoe for sure he is related to the aristo-serial killer ;)
I really enjoy the banter between you two
Very amusing chat. Get Carter - Get Cartier! !
Arnold Hulot Big Bang in Gold
Mil sub with a black Nato for Vince
Patek Nautilus in Gold for Mr Berlusconi...
You guys should make another watch channel where you two are the permanent hosts, cause these vids are way more enjoyable than the ones you guys do alone. !
Great video! What ended up happening to the watch you bought overseas? I scoured both your and The urban gentry channel to find an update but can't
Lovely content as usual!!!
thats a great idea Gerson... Ill put it on the list...
Love how you started the video with, "Some shit..." Hahaha!
For Arnold, the Governator, I would've gone with either a Hublot Big Bang (high end), or a Seiko Turtle (low end). Those seem to suit him, being big, tough (or seemingly tough) watches.
In any case, great vid, you guys!!
this was awsome. do more of these. love the game type of series, truely is entertaining.
This has been one of my favourite episodes to date! Very enjoyable and extremely fun!
This is great... A bit like watching the old top gear where dudes who dont want to grow up talk about random things... Do more like this
When I had a nice run in with Arnold back in 2007 I really do not remember him wearing one, but at that time I was not into watches much like I am today! You two guys (also another youtuber) are the three people who got me into wear watches!
Chuck Norris: Doesn't need a watch
Love the off the cuff nature, keep them in. Not everyone video but every now and again is perfect
One of your finest videos yet. So fun and I love your choices! Cheers, AJ
You both are competent, professional and also have a great sense of humor. Beautiful duet.
What nice words Alexander, thank you!
Great job on this one guys. Really fun and entertaining video. Cheers:)
thank you bud
This was fun. Make more episodes on this subject!
For the italian prime minister, i would say a Rolex Yacht-Master on gold, its waterproof, you can sell it quickly and it appeals "the ladies of the night..."
you guys nailed it, after a heavy day at work, glass of single malt you two are a delight, as TGV says "thankyou so much" Fun!!!!
Fun vid with both you F and TGV... Very natural and a good laugh.
Bang up job, guys! Awesome topic and great how you covered it
I like the unedited approach. Great video :)
You guys bounce so well off of each other. Great to see the friendship as well as the love of watches.
I was laughing along with you both throughout this!!!
many thanks amd keep up the good work.
Thanks Pete, it was a riot to shoot!
How about my recommendations for my two favorite celebrities:
For Federico: Panerai PAM 525 Luminor Flyback Chrono Oro Rosso 2013
For Tristano: Vintage Tudor Royal Big Rose Gold Dress Watch on Colareb
NAILED IT!
Thanks Federico!
Not sure what you guys were up on but keep this format.... hilarious!
Those two are really top ! Your program is unpayable always well done, thanks for that. Erik
This is great man... More collaboration please...
Liking the watch and football chat. You should do that more often!
You guys crack me up! Please keep these videos coming. As for a watch for Arnold, Rebellion T1000 or the newer T3000, not just because of the name connection! And as for Michael Caine, the status of a Breguet 7097 would do him justice!

He would wear a Timex Expedition. Or a Rolex President.
So entertaining! Keep it up! My wife enjoyed this very much too. I predicted and agree with all of Federico's choices. :-) More please.
Such a fun video Federico! I really enjoyed it. Apprezzo molto il tuo canale e ovviamente anche quello di TGV. Continuate l'ottimo lavoro!
That was funny with Berlusconi, probably the only Italian politician I can recognize by picture, partly because I'm an AC Milan fan
Love you guys and these collaborative videos! I thought you might throw a female celebrity into the mix. Best Regards, John
Apparently im on a duke and tgv binge watching session .bless the english bank holiday .thanks gents grate fun .i hope you both are well and i look forward to watching any new team Anglo American Italian shenanigans .
"younger ladies of the night" that was classic lol
Great segment! would love to see more
Another good one Fed! Keep up the great content!!!
Loved the uncut style.
So funny make more videos. Best wishes from Adrian in Sheffield England 😀
Enjoyed the Vid, love to see more of TGV-FTW Series..
Donald Trump: Panerai PAM 341 (has to be HUGE).
Kevin Hart: Bugalri AL32A. Kevin has a vast watch collection.
Bernie Sanders: Seiko Sarb 033 or Vostok Amphibia. What else would a socialist wear?
Oprah: Chanel J12 Automatic H3404
Schwarzenegger: G-Shock Frogman GWF1000-1
Mr. Bean: vintage Seiko 5Y23 Mickey Mouse.
Kevin Hart's collection is boring and predictable. Pretty much all diamond encrusted Rolexes.
you actually made me wonder what would suit you two guys... Frederico - your Breitling and TGV 39mm speedmaster
Do you know each other for a long time ! You have such a great chemistry! Always fun to watch you different topic. Always better when you're together, like the conversations!
This was a fun vid. Arnold looks great in his U-Boat Unicum Titanium watch
great job guys, more of these vids please
Hi guys , your videos are going better and better everyday , i was laughing alone like an idiot by looking at your vlogs , i was like sitting in the room and discussing with you , i just enjoy ... keep pushing guys !!!!!! i send the same message to Tristano but i really have fun with your stuff: funny and informative in the same time !!!!!
The Cartier Tank seems like it was made for Michael Caine! No more perfect watch match than that!
do more of these random chats haha its hilarious and fun!
Hi Federico, I like the shirt..what make is it?
Hillary Clinton - FitBit
Ernesto Zavaleta fock mey haha
I love you guys included, Mr. bonga bonga!! Solid royal oak is a perfect choice
haha thanks Gino!
More of this ! great idea !
Thank you Jean Philippe
TGV playing back the "INVIIIICTA RUSSIAN DIVERS" was my favorite UA-cam moment ever
yeah I had no idea he was gonna do that, It was hilarious
Great work guys...as natural es tres bien👍🏻😎
It's got to be waterproof!!! literally cried :D
For michael Cain the first watch that came to mind was a tudor date. For Arnold i thought a richard mille rm 009! something you can see through a bit like the terminator beneath the skin. love your channel and big up tgv the boss.
Had me smiling and laughing the whole way through boys. Massive thumbs up
Great show! You two are a great double act.
Very good one! I think you should shoot others with different celebrities. Ciao V.
If I had to pair a watch with Berlusconi it would be one of those Blancpain minute repeaters with the erotic complication on the reverse
I think I'm a celebrity and I wear a *Longines Evidenza Chronograph*. ^_~
I like spontaneity!
Very enjoyable video.
BEST collaboration video ever
hahaha thanks
Very funny video, next time you guys should do celebrity athletes and their watches, all in all great vid cheers!
great idea..
really nice video.. enjoyed watching....
Great content as always federico! Keep it up!
Thanks Mac
My first thought for the dear Italian Prime Minister was the Le Brassus Ref. 00232-3631-55B Minute Repeater Carrousel from Blancpain.
hahahaha, not waterproof ;) he loves his swimming pools full of "ladies of the night"
Arnie - Urwerk UR-105TA I thought.
Love the unedited version.
where's the shirt from Federico? looks like a D&G design
Fun video - I was thinking Reverso for Mr Caine but the Tank is also a nice choice. Vinnie Jones - if not Panerai how about U-Boat? Ciao, John
Nice game, gentlemen. Definitely a fun exercise. Thanks.
glad you enjoyed it Richard
Actually, Vinnie Jones was born in London, so he is not Welsh. However he played for Wales in 94-97. Cheers! :-)
For someone like Vinnie Jones he should go the opposite of "tough" and wear something elegant.
Nice one again, had a good laugh!
What else should Arnold wear than the Seiko "Arnie" 558-5000. That watch fits him perfectly
Didnt even think of that...
I see Michael Cain wearing something a little more unusual, something like a Piaget, possibly the Altiplano?
Big Silvio B needs ice. He needs more ice than a polar bear in Senegal. Great fun video!
hahaha maybe the watch I just posted to instagram
U guys r great together!
Haha nice one guys, keep it up Fed!
thank you my kind sir
Got one for you. What watch for Ghandi?
I would see a vintage Zenith ;-) And he owned even a Zenith pocket watch I believe. Of course, a dress watch. Would suit his character.
That is a good one... next round...
Uh, I think a guy who who eventually made a point of wearing the simplest Indian homespun cloth would not wear a luxury Swiss watch. Perhaps a Timex? I'm not sure what Indian watch brands there are!

He did wear it on the show... But I can definitely see tony with a calatrava...
great video...but arnold has to wear an sinn u1, big, tough, made out of german submariner steel aaand made in germany
Sir Michael Caine---vintage Patek Perpetual in rose gold all the way.
"Ladies of the night". Lol!!
That was great!
Loving the shirt Federico! What is it?
